2014 Nissan Sentra Pricing Announced

NASHVILLE, Tennessee — Nissan holds the line on the base price of the 2014 Nissan Sentra, but midlevel models get price increases.

The base 2014 Nissan Sentra starts at $16,800, including an $810 destination charge, reflecting no price increase over the 2013 model.

But the fuel-efficient 2014 Nissan Sentra FE+S CVT starts at $18,000, including shipping, reflecting a $200 price increase over the 2013 model.

The 2014 Nissan Sentra FE+SV CVT starts at $18,700, including shipping, reflecting a $100 price increase over the 2013 model.

Nissan's top-of-the-line 2014 Sentra SL CVT starts at $20,400, including shipping, reflecting no price increase over the 2013 model.

The Sentra was redesigned for the 2013 model year. The 2014 model gets modest enhancements, including an updated NissanConnect with Navigation that now includes new NissanConnect Apps smartphone integration for iPhone and Android, allowing the user to connect with Pandora, iHeartRadio and Facebook.

On sale now, the 2014 Sentra competes with the Ford Focus, Honda Civic and Hyundai Elantra, among others.

Edmunds says: Consumers should be aware that only some of the 2014 Nissan Sentra models received price increases.
