Real Head Turner
Vehicle
2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT 4dr Crew Cab AWD SB (6.2L 8cyl 6A)
Review
The ride is much more comfortable than my GMC Denali. It handles and responds well.It has plenty of storage room.It accelerates great and corners well. I would recommend this truck (luxury vehicle) to anyone that asks. However it could stand some improvements to compete with the imports.
Favorite Features
Locking tailgate, large nav display and clear rear-view camera. Power running boards are great. Heated and cooled seats.Rain sensing wipers and cool display gauges. HID head lights
Suggested Improvements
Telescoping steering wheel, auto power up Windows like imports have (Lexus), center console is loose, lack of interior storage, poor fuel economy, the cup holders are awkward to get to. They should have eliminated the ashtray and lighter and made that storage for small items. Roller system for back end

The best EXT yet!
Vehicle
2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT 4dr Crew Cab AWD SB (6.2L 8cyl 6A)
Review
This is my fourth EXT and by far the best. It rides like a luxury car not a truck. After 20,000 miles it still rides like I just purchased it. Plaudits to Cadillac on this one.
Favorite Features
Ride, appearance and functionality make this Cadillac a pleasure to own. Tailgate that locks with the key fob is a great improvement.

Class ride
Vehicle
2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT 4dr Crew Cab AWD SB (6.2L 8cyl 6A)
Review
After 20 + years of Silverados I decided to upgrade to an EXT since I've retired and don't really need a "working truck" any more. I'm completely satisfied with the looks, performance, comfort and handling. I pull a travel trailer occasionally and need the power so mileage wasn't really a concern. At this point I don't see my going to any other type if and when I purchase another one.
Favorite Features
Looks, power, comfort, options, (touch screen nav.,rear camera, DVD for the G- kids). full 5 person seating and full bed capability.
Suggested Improvements
Roller system for easier bed loading of heavy objects. (nothing slides on this bed) maybe a little more storage area for the driver, cup holders with removable inserts so you can put larger cups in them.

What a truck!
Vehicle
2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT 4dr Crew Cab AWD SB (6.2L 8cyl 6A)
Review
Wow! What a beautiful truck! Powerful, functionality as a truck, but luxurious appointments, all in one. The exterior turns heads and receives many compliments. But the interior is wonderful -- great style, nice materials, an incredible Bose surround sound system. Life is good in this truck.
Favorite Features
Cooled seats, heated steering wheel, power folding running boards, and the 22's are just sick! And what would a Cadillac be without Bose!
Suggested Improvements
Bluetooth phone connectivity, iPod connectivity (hey, how about a Bose Media System?) , express- up windows, and a telescoping steering wheel would be nice.

Way Improved over my past 2004 EXT
Vehicle
2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT 4dr Crew Cab AWD SB (6.2L 8cyl 6A)
Review
Very quiet and smooth. Nice new features. Lots of power. However, does not feel quite as quick as my 04 EXT, that only had a 4 speed automatic & 345 HP. Acceleration from lower speeds feels like the engine's power is not fully making it to the wheels. Acceleration from higher freeway speeds is awsome. This vehicle does so many things well, that it is hard for me to consider driving anything else. Let's see, It has nice overall styling, great power, luxury seating / interior & comforts that match just about any luxury vehicle, plus tremendious utility. Could use an MP3, bluetooth hook-up, and more cubby storage spaces inside. Those minor things aside, a safe practical vehicle for many purposes.
Favorite Features
Quiet and smooth ride, great power. Very nice luxury car like interior with plently of room, for passengers and cargo. Versatility, AWD, towing. Great new touch screen NAV & radio, much improved. Power side steps are pretty cool, and finally a power lock for the tailgate. Remote start also nice.
Suggested Improvements
A power opening & closing tailgate would be nice. A slide out cargo bed platform would also make loading and unloading easier, without having to open the bed cover as often. MP3 and bluetooth should be included, more inside storage compartments, and bring back the front seat fold down armrests

07 EXT
Vehicle
2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT 4dr Crew Cab AWD SB (6.2L 8cyl 6A)
Review
The new EXT is bold and fresh. Chrome details really stick out give this vehicle a real wow factor. Not only is it fun to drive, but the EXT also serves some utility features as well. The power sidesteps are pretty neat also. If you really want to stand out and drive in the lap of luxury this vehicle is for you. As far as gas mileage goes, don't buy one if you will have trouble filling it up.
Favorite Features
Chrome grille/side gills, 22' wheels, heated steering wheel, interior layout (with nav system), standard remote start, backup camera, ride and bold statement.
Suggested Improvements
It drives me crazy there are neither bluetooth or ipod hook ups when it is standard equip in a 15k car. Also 1 touch up and down windows are a must. Telscoping steering wheel would be nice but these shouldn't be dealbusters when you have so much to begin with

Luxury/Beefy Truck
Vehicle
2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT 4dr Crew Cab AWD SB (6.2L 8cyl 6A)
Review
Solid built truck, with the luxury you can not add to any other truck. Downside is only aftermarket Bluetooth.
Favorite Features
Mid gate gives you a full bed where other companies crew cabs only offer a short bed.
Suggested Improvements
Bluetooth and iPod hookup needs to be added

ride like a cady
Vehicle
2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT 4dr Crew Cab AWD SB (6.2L 8cyl 6A)
Review
this truck is lots of fun, it gets up to speed like most cars so it doesnt feel like you are actually driveing a full size truck, and the remote start and a/c seats make summer time enjoyfull for a black on black truck
Favorite Features
a/c seats, and 402 hp
Suggested Improvements
make the bed on the truck a little widder by getting rid of all the plastic, it is a tight fit when I load my quad in the bed
Sweet ride, but can be better

This is my second EXT and I think this truck looks and rides great. I kinda liked the "body armor" that the '05 had but I'll get used to it. As far as mileage, you don't buy a truck like this for economy. Still, Cadillac needs to stop cutting corners and go all out, we will buy it even if it cost more.
Favorite Features
Exterior looks, paint, sound system. I would like to see a subwoofer. Headlights, gadgets.
Suggested Improvements
Fix wind noise, quit being cheap, go back to old seats and visors,

Love it
Vehicle
2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT 4dr Crew Cab AWD SB (6.2L 8cyl 6A)
Review
The vehicle is stunning. A real head turner. I love the ride and quietness. I previously owned two Avalanches and there is no comparison. I do miss the captain's chairs and the storage theAvalanche had with all the cubby holes etc. I don't like the center console setup of the Escalade.
Favorite Features
I love the wheels, the radio, cooled seats, headlights, and the ride. The power is unbelievable for a large SUV.
Suggested Improvements
The interior needs more storage for glasses and those small items. The cup holders are awkard to get to. They should have eliminated the ashtray and lighter and made that storage for small items. I really miss that.
