Owner's Manual Leather Case

When I bought my 2003 Deville program car it only came with the owner's manual. The dealer gave me a leather folder that it goes in and the pan, pad, etc. The folder I have says "Cadillac" on the front with the logo and the pen says "Cadillac" on it. I have since discovered that the actual 2003 case simply has the color logo on the front and the pen does not say "Cadillac" ... Read More...

Quality Woes

I'm a loyal GM owner, although I've always fretted about the build and material quality of their products compared with the Japanese or Germans. I sat in a 2003 Deville DHS at the auto show this weekend, and was appalled. The rear vanity visors were falling out of the headliner, and when I pressed them back in place, they barely stayed put with flimsy clips. Same ... Read More...

Does anyone remember when Cadillacs had those little "extra" touches that really separated them from the other GM products? Think back to say, 1983 or 1984. If you looked inside a Sedan DeVille as opposed to say, an Electra or Ninety Eight, you noticed certain things. For instance: 1.
