How much is a Mercedes-Benz S600? $140,000! How much is a BMW M5? $85,000! How much is an 09 CTS-V? $65,000! The brand new 09 CTS-V rockets to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds, has a top speed of 183 mph, and its luxury features will keep you happy for a long time. There's a rear entertainment system, voice-activated navigation system, voice-activated seat massage, remote start, power mirrors, heated leather steering wheel with radio and climate controls, adaptive cruise control, and those are just the basic. This loaded American luxury sports sedan gets a 102%, considering price, luxury, and fuel economy, compared to other competitors. This is an amazingly awesome car, and it fits for everyone. GO CTS-V

Suggested Improvements

This car is the bomb! The only improvement I would give it is probably performance. Cadillac has high performance sedans that get to 60mph in 4.5, but Cadillac needs a supercar that gets to 60mph in 4.0 seconds, and the size and body of this CTS-V luxury sports is definitely capable of that speed.

Driving V-Crazy!

Review

I shopped other sport models, the V was last on my list. I drove it expecting to be disappointed. 8 months later I'm still riding V-crazy! Amazing power; great looking (pictures cant do it justice); and at half the price of other supercars that absolutely can not compare. More horse power than most cars in the industry, especially sedans. This car can lift my 350+ pound can out the seat! I am pleased.

Favorite Features

6-speed manual; navigation with xm; nice looking leather/suede seats.

Suggested Improvements

A few modifications I suggest: more head and hip room, less plastic on dash, and reposition er brake and release.

This car just EATS the run-flat tires, and GM refuses to address it. $880 for new run flats every 10k miles? Less than 10k on a set of tires. Also the differential clanks loudly and the dealer says this is normal. Lightning fast, good brakes. Interior too much plastic.

Favorite Features

Suggested Improvements

tires that wear at least 20k.

This is hands down the best dollar for dollar auto purchase I have ever made. I've owned 911's, Mercedes, late '60's muscle cars, etc. this one wins the lot! It'll beat almost anything on the road (I added the Cadillac sanctioned magna-supercharger), and literally, it's hard to keep on the road! I've had it dynoed at the neighbourhood shop at 440hp at the rear wheel..yup, rear wheel. You will not be disappointed with this machine. It's an ol' man's muscle car...power, looks, comfort, sound.

Favorite Features

Suggested Improvements

Could definitely benefit from a tip-tronic transmission.

Excellent vehicle and more power for the money than most out there. Car is a real head turner as people initially think it is a regular CTS until they get a little closer and then only see your tailights. Also handles amazingly well for a large vehicle. On the highway very quiet and smooth until you need the power.

Favorite Features

Engine, stereo, and seats.

Suggested Improvements

Shorter throw shifter and brake release location.

This replaced my 911. I needed more trunk space, but didn't want to give up performance, 6-speed, or styling. Dealer installed performance exhaust, skip shifter and upgraded suspension....each worth the added expense, particularly if you like to hear an engine that growls. Obviously, does not handle like a 911, but at 60% of the price it is worth giving up a little.

Favorite Features

Exhaust resonance and straight-ahead power. Prefer this shifter to my 911.

Suggested Improvements

Would create a little more foot room around the clutch pedal. It tends to get a little crowded with a size 12 shoe. Move emergency brake to more convenient location.

This is the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. The driving experience is incredible! The sleek body design, engine and transmission work well together. This car is very fast.

Favorite Features

The LS2 400 HP engine, instrument panel, navigation, sunroof, power leather and sued seats and competitive driving mode. This car has many features.

Suggested Improvements

The brake release is too close to the hood release. You may have to get out to close the hood.
