I want to lease 2012 CTS coupe for 36mos, 10k mi., with ONLY $1500 out of pocket total and tax rolled on to my paymtns (which I think is about $3000, since I live in Texas) Tell me what are my monthly payments should be?? Also what about 39mos Lease, what would I pay monthly???

Hello, Does anyone know the MF (interest rate), Residual and cash incentives for a 2011 CTS Coupe 36 months, 10,000 miles/year? I am trying to figure how much more I can negotiate off the $389/month with $999 due at signing deal that Cadillac advertises. I also have the supplier discount; hopefully that is going to help me a little... Thanks!

They said that GM Financial would be more competitive then Ally. They are obviously trying to sever their association I guess. Hi socalbmmr. Wow, two consecutive users with BMW references in their user ids who are interested in the CTS. Cadillac must be doing something right. Ally's November base lease rate for a 24 month lease of a 2011 CTS-V Sedan is 0.15%. That's about as low as it gets. Ally probably published new residual values for the month of November.
