2006 Terraza transmission issues - NEED ADVICE
I'll appologize up front for the length of this post. We have a 2006 Terraza with AWD. It has 34,000 miles on it and is still under warrenty. A couple of months ago started getting a groaning noise during turns. By the time we were able to get a chance to bring it in the noise stopped and the information center on the dash would flash a message that the AWD was disabled. ... Read More...

Re: 2005 Buick Terraza Automatic Door problems [stobar]
I own a 2006 Saturn Relay 3 and the only problem I've had is that intermittenly the Power door (right side) will close, then open slightly and close again like it was reseating or trying to relock... But, other than that, no problems. And, that only happens once or twice a month, maybe. I bought it in October of 2006, and have 28,000 miles on it. Mark Read More...
Re: Not tracking straight [rawiri]
My 2005 Buick Terraza does the same thing. I bought one in CA and noticed it pulled to the right. I went back to the dealer and had be bring up another van same year make and model. Same thing it pulled to the right. I went to other car dealerships just out of spike and test drove three different vans all same year make and model. They ALL pulled to the right. I contacted ... Should I buy a used Buick Terraza?
Re: Should I buy a 2006 Terraza(3.9) ??? [all4hoops]
Vince, I own an 06' Terraza with 42K that I purchased used with about 20K. It was a GM program car and my wife and I have put over 20K miles on it over the last 18 months. I purchased it used for 17K and have had no problems with it. It's a great van at a fantastic price and I'll be honest I didn't want to get hosed on an import that has fewer options than this one. The DVD entertainment ... Read More...
Re: Should I buy a 2006 Terraza(3.9) ??? [all4hoops]
You should go for the terraza. Buick vehicles are very good and the terraza, although it wouldn't be my first choice of minivan, is a good choice. The 3.9 liter is much better than the 3.5. The Quiet Tuning process really helps with the noise and the power sliding doors are a very helpful feature. You don't need to worry to much about depreciation because it has the ... Read More...

Should I buy a 2006 Terraza(3.9) ???
I have an opportunity to buy a 2006 Terraza CXL w/3.9 for a liitle under Edmunds trade-in value. It has 15,000 miles, as my in-laws drove it from Montana to Texas and back, with a stop once in Oregon. He is meticulous about care and maintenance. I like minivans, and have owned Dodge, Chrysler and Toyota (Sienna) models in the past. (Sadly had to sell the Toy to buy a ... Read More...

Re: July 06 "Flickering Lights" TSB [stobar]
I believe I found the answer: "GM has recently issued (revised) TSB # 05-06-03-003B (Headlamps and/or interior lights flicker intermittently) for the 2005 & 2006 Chevrolet Uplander, Buick Terraza, Saturn Relay, and Pontiac Montana SV6 - which instructs the dealer to replace the generator voltage regulator with a kit, part #15926088 (and NOT the entire generator)." ... Re: 2006 Chevrolet Uplander LT 4D Pass Ext Van [vtaylor]
I own a 2005 Buick Terraza CXL. It now has 24,000 miles on it. I paid (actually leased it)for about $28,000. I think it's the best car I've ever owned...I'm 68, my 1st car was a '40 DeSoto...so there's a lot of cars in between. Any "problems" that I've had have been taken care, cheerfully, by my dealer. If it wasn't a good car I wouldn't keep it...especially with my wife ... Read More...
