2006 Rendezvous with 55212 miles needs front wheel bearing assemblies. Buick said it wasn't covered under warranty. Buck dealership said the warranty expired two months ago. Dealer was bought the vehicle from said it was "probably" covered. We can't afford the $100 diagnosis fee. Any ideas?

Actually, I'm NOT "very impressed" with the MPGs in my wife's 2003 FWD RDV either. Actually, our mini-van with 2.9L VVT engine gets better MPGs - and its got a larger size engine. Hi - I have a 2003 CSX with 60,000 miles on it. I still love it. Yes, it had its BCM replaced, had "groaning" from the rear end (which was solved by proper changing of the fluid in the rear traction control) and one window regulator replaced...but its a 7 year old car! As I've already said, I think the CXL and Ultra models at leaset from 2004 up have "side airbags" and a traction control system. I have calculated 26.7 miles a gallon for my 3.5 litre V6 Rendezvous engine a couple times. Average around town and highway driving I get about 20.5 miles a gallon. I have a FWD w/ traction control Rendezvous, WITHOUT the AWD weight many other Rendezvous suffer from. I think under the circumstances I've been very pleased by the mileage considering it is a hair over 4000lbs.

The only difference between the "Red Tag" price of a GM vehicle that you paid cash for and one that you leased would be the cash incentives.
