  I had the same problem with my 1992 Buick Park Avenue. It happened immediately after I changed my fuel filter. The car ran rough, and would hesitate when the accelerator cable was pressed, to the point where it would cut off.   vehicle seems to be starting out in third gear.replaced speed sensor and module.fluid is good no debris in pan. no codes.
