I have the 2005 Buick lesabre that had the vibration at 65-70 MPH. I tried every thing that I could think of to stop the problem. The dealership said they could not find any thing wrong. We changed the tires to the Michelin Harmony had the force tested and nothing help. Them a mechanic suggested to change the front struts and rear shocks’. This took care of the variation. ... Very interesting! My son has an 05 LeSabre he inherited from his grandad. The car was brand new and made the scraping noises at 10,000 miles. I have since replaced the brakes twice, two sets of tires and now the front wheel bearing and hub need to be replaced! My daughter also has a Buick Regal that has brake issues. What code was showing on the code reader? There's on that indicates the system can't keep pressure and that would indicate the gas cap or other hoses or switches. Read More...

I haven't heard that description for transmission problem. Is it an engine problem? Miles on car? Plugs wires changed in the last 60-70K miles with AC plugs and OEM level wires? Possibly a coil problem reacting to heat. Check each coil tower for cracks or tracing of spark jumping. Check bottom of coil for poor contact to base to which they bolt. Check connector ...
