2010 Buick LaCrosse CXL 4dr Sedan (3.0L 6cyl 6A)

The 2010 Buick Lacrosse is a big step forward for GM and American cars in general. The price is remarkably reasonable. The drive and ride is solid and predictable. The seats are supportive and wrap comfortably to hold the driver and front passenger firmly in place. The cabin is both sumptuous and functional and shelters its occupants from the elements while giving the driver plenty of feedback from the road. Steering is precise and almost nimble. The brakes are very strong and consistent. Rear seat legroom and seating is spacious and utterly comfortable. Trunk space is very good with low lift-over and wide access. Throw in fold down rear seats and you've got a lot of versatility.

Favorite Features

The gorgeous exterior styling has got to be the best thing about this car. It is on par with the latest from BMW and looks way more expensive than the number on the window sticker. The remote start and key-less ignition also add to the Teutonic feel. Also, the blue ambient lighting is nice.

Suggested Improvements

The center armrest is too high. I compensate by raising the seat an inch and tilting and telescoping the steering wheel to put it in comfortable reach and still be able to see the gauges through it. You have to lean out of the car a lot to grab the armrest hole in the doors to close them.
