I am having the same problem with my 2009 Enclave of water leaking steadily from the passenger door onto the floor board when it is raining. I wanted to see if you had found a solution to this problem through your investigations?
I bought my 2010 Buick Enclave CXL1 AWD new in June 2010. It is very nice in side and extremely quiet which could compare with any car on the market regardless of price. I handles like a dream with a very nice ride... Yet it handles like a sport tourer in the mountains. Last year during Christmas I drove to the mountains of NC during a heavy snow storm. I couldn't ... Read More
Sarah, I am having very similar problems with my 2008 Enclave CXL. We love this car and had previously no significant problems. On the 16th of November, 2011 we suddenly had a severe leak with a large amount of water showing up on the front passenger floorboards soaking the carpet. We immediately took the vehicle to our local GMC/Chevrolet dealership, Alex Montgomery in Campbellsville, KY. I have had little or no ... Read More
I purchased this car in October of 2009, and shortly after I purchased it they replaced something in the steering that was making a load clanking noise. Everything has been ok until this fall, and since that point I have replaced the power steering pump, water pump, and now the rack & pinion needs to be replaced. I paid a lot of money for this car to have these types of ... Read More
Can anyone tell me if they have had a similar issue and if so, what did you do! About three days ago our audio stopped working in our 2009 Enclave. No sound at all; bluetooth, radio, NAV, turn signals... nothing. It is only the sound. Has anyone experienced this issue? What did you need to do? Also the rear seat controls work intermitantly - can't figure out when and why the ... Read More
I have a 2009 that has more problems than I can count. From leaks to steering problems to the transmission now, we are done with it. How did you get Buick to repurchase your vehicle? We have had our SUV in the shop 10 times since January, the current visit is going on 2 weeks now. Would appreciate your help, they denied us at first when they were replacing the rack ... Read More
I dropped it off at Capital Chevrolet in Austin, Texas. Couldn't make it any further on my way back home from south Texas, Tuesday Sept 6th. It got to the point where it wouldn't shift anymore as I limped into south Austin. Buick dealership is on the north side of town. It is my understanding that the vehicle has a 100,000 mile warranty on the drive train and I also purchased ... Read More
I have a 2009 Buick Enclave that has 26000 miles. About two months ago (24000 miles) the battery started dieing after 36 hours of no driving. Jumped it and took it to dealer -- could not find a problem. Dealer told me not to jump it if it happened again, but haul it in, which occurred about a week later. Could not find problem this time either, but replaced battery. Dealer ... Read More
Refer to my original posting on November 18, 2009. Here's the update. Neither our dealer nor the GM representative were able to diagnose the problem with the air conditioner on our 2008 Enclave. Last December, just prior to the 2 year anniversary of our purchase, we worked with our dealer and GM to utilize GM's re-purchase program. GM bought our 2008 and built us a new 2010. We've experienced no problems ... Read More
I did my own first oil change at 5000 miles although the oil life system said I had about 50% oil life remaining. My car was built in Sept 2009 so it was coming up on one year old. I went to the Auto Zone about 2 blocks from my house and bought 6 quarts of Pennzoil 5W30, an AC Delco PF48 filter, a oil drain pan, a filter wrench, socket type), ... Read More
Hey Don. HAHAHAHAHAH $900 per month to lease a Buick Enclave?!?! That's nuts. You definitely don't want to do that. If you really love this vehicle, then negotiate the lowest possible selling price and finance a 2010 model through GMAC at 1.9% for 5 years or a 2009 model at 0% for 6 years. If you are really set on leasing, then you probably should go with a different truck. There's ... Read More

Went we did the financing they did not even try to sell any extras
FREEHOLD PONTIAC-BUICK-GMC TRUCK, INC. I only have a telephonic conversation with a sales guy and did not visit personally. He wanted me to visit his showroom and in this process he might have thrown this number at me. I still am weighing my options.
You may be having difficulty getting the best discount because the dealer does not have the car sitting on their lot. Go to the Buick website and find what dealers have your car and email the internet manager for a quote. I just purchased a fairly loaded new (25 mi) 2009 silver green metallic Enclave CXL from a local Buick dealer here in So Cal and couldn’t be happier with the ... Read More
Can you tell me what dealer in Central NJ. I'm in CT and there isn't much inventory up here. I'm also finding that the dealers won't negotiate at all on price. They say that tis supplier price is it - won't even take a few hundred off. Does anyone have some recent prices paid. I'm looking for a 2009 CXL AWD. Many Thanks
2009 Buick Enclave CXL FWD MSRP: $37,380 Invoice: $35,324. A local dealer in Central jersey is offering more incentives over the invoice price and the price comes to somewhere around 32,000. I guess this should be a better deal. Any suggestions?
Does anyone know when you can order a 2010 Enclave? Or when they can be seen? Is anyone waiting to purchase a 2010 instead of a 2009? Do you think their will bemany changes for the better or prices incentives? Thanks.....
A reporter from a finance magazine is looking to speak to consumers who are owners of a Buick Enclave. Please send your daytime phone number and the vehicle you own to ctalati@edmunds.com by Tuesday, June 16, 2009.

Looking to get an Enclave and got a quote from an internet manager on a 2009 Enclave with a MSRP of about $46,500 for $41,749 plus taxes and fees. The invoice price with out incentives is $43,159. Is this a good deal?
I have now taken my 2009 Enclave into the Buick dealership twice for the car not starting after 5-7 days of inactivity. I was told by the dealership that the car has too many electronics that drain the battery if the engine is not run for at least 5 minutes every two days. How can a car like this ever be left at an airport? Others?
Confused that GM would let the Traverse come out with Air conditioned driver and front passenger seats but not the buick? You would be mistaken about that. Buick WILL have the cooled seats as an option, just like the Traverse and all the other lambdas. GM just hasn't updated their website with 2009 options yet. Also I noticed that the Traverse's entertainment package will have two 7" monitors in the back ... Read More
All you have to do is go to BUICK.COM, locate a dealer in your area, search their stock and find one equipped like you want. You can display the Window Sticker that shows all the equipment. Sorry, I went to buick.com and their locate only shows 2007 & 2008 models. I then went to my local dealer sunriseatwolfchase.com and was able to locate all their Enclaves. Of of the first ones ... I don't know for sure, but when I looked at the Enclave, I bought the MDX because the Enclave was just too big for me. I really liked it, though. I thought it a bit underpowered and asked the guy when the V8s would appear. He didn't know but thought in 2009. He expects a Denali version of the GMC Lamda platform in 2009, which will be nicer and likely have ... Read More
Don't expect the sales to go down by fall -- maybe by the 2009 model year if at all. I just saw an article that quoted a Buick spokesman saying they have a waiting list of 3,000 -- I'm sure that's accurate because I'm one of them! They're adding a 3rd shift at the Lansing Delta Township Plant, where all 3 Lambda's are mfg -- but according to the Buick spokesman, ... Read More
I ordered a CX FWD tonight - exactly 8 weeks away from the 7/9 deadline so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I ordered cloth seats, a sunroof, and audio controls for the 2nd row. I wanted the DVD player until I learned that the one pictured in the large Enclave brochure (2 headrest DVD's) isn't the DVD system that comes with Entertainment package 2. Someone please tell me why the factory ... Read More
I have had e-mail correspondence with a Buick product manager. It is true that the 2008 Enclave will not have HUD available because of the special acoustic laminate in its windshield (designed to add to the quietness of this vehicle with the goal of making it the quietest SUV on the road) being incompatible with the HUD display. However, their engineers are working to resolve this incompatibility and are apparently getting ... Read More
