Moore Buick in Los Gatos did fix it once and for all. I was under warranty and this was probably two years ago now. If you have to pay for your repair, ask your GM mechanic to talk to Moore Buick to make sure your mechanic knows of all of the areas that need to be sealed, because there are many! My repairs are going to cost me over $1,100. This is not right. This is over and above the usual wear and tear and should be covered by GMC.

I have a 2008 Enclave and in order to have this problem fixed the dealer essentially has to strip the inside of the car - no joke. If you need someone to verify that this is a genuine issue call Moore Buick in Los Gatos, CA. Christina, My dealer, which is located in Woodland Hills, Ca., has not involved technical assistance and I'm just starting this process with Customer Assistance. Same problem here! 2008 Buick Enclave. My car has been to the dealership more than any of my other cars combined!! The A/C is complete garbage! I've had mine at the dealership for A/C problems on 3 different occassions and headed back for a 4th time. Refer to my original posting on November 18, 2009. Here's the update. Neither our dealer nor the GM representative were able to diagnose the problem with the air conditioner on our 2008 Enclave. Last December, just prior to the 2 year anniversary of our purchase, we worked with our dealer and GM to utilize GM's re-purchase program. GM bought our 2008 and built us a new 2010. I am in the early stages of looking at purchasing a 2008 Buick Enclave CXL with 9,856 miles. It's pretty much fully loaded and the asking price is $36,998. Any insight into the long-term care/cost of maintenance, any general likes or dislikes about the vehicle itself would be greatly appreciated.

All you have to do is go to BUICK.COM, locate a dealer in your area, search their stock and find one equipped like you want. You can display the Window Sticker that shows all the equipment. if you goto the buick.com website and search your local inventory, there will be an icon for "employee pricing".. and yes that's suppose to be the "SPECIAL" deal which includes a $1500 rebate.... now some dealers are just quoting this price, but i've had other dealers quote me a price about $3000 grand BELOW that price... just depends on the $tealership your dealing with. i'm like you, i would have bought ... It's my understanding that the "Employee Prices" are set by GM. You can go to the Buick website and search inventories (Locate Vehicle), then click the "View Your Employee Price" link for a specific vehicle to see the price. What does your contract say? Is there a clause in there that you will receive whatever the incentives/rebates at the time of delivery? If so, then that is what you will probably get.
