Review

I've owned my new Century for 2 months, and true to Buick's form, it's a great car! It handles well, is comfortable, and not too bad on fuel mileage either. My old car was a 1992 Buick Regal that had 320,000 miles on it when I traded it off. . . it was a great car! I expect the Century to be equally great. When I trade . .I trade for a Buick!

Great Car

Review

I bought this 2004 Century only recently, but like it a lot. It continues my great experience with Buicks. This 2004 Century replace a 1992 Century which I also enjoyed a lot. I also own a 2002 Buick LeSabre which replaced a 1990 Buick LeSabre, which had replaced a 1980 Buick Regal. Buicks have very good quality, few problems and last long.

Favorite Features

the exterior and interior, as I had expected from my old Century. Comfortable rides. I do not expect any maintenance problems, expect a peace of mind.

Suggested Improvements

The engine is not as strong as I remember from the 1992 model.

This is the best vehicle I have ever seen for sitting comfort and a smooth bump free ride.

Favorite Features

Power seats, windows and door locks, keyless entry.

Suggested Improvements

Standard come with spoiler and sunroof and tinted windows.

Review

Purchased in April 2004. Drive 280 miles a day 3 days a week plus weekend short trips here and there. Gas mileage thus far has been excellent with 30 to 31 mpg on the highway which is most of my driving time. Comfortable, peppy when needed 3.1, 6cyl. Quiet and smooth ride. Easy to read and maneuver controls and dials.

Favorite Features

dual a/c heat driver and passenger,roomy,ease of reading gauges and clock, etc.

Suggested Improvements

location of horn. Why not put it in steering wheel so instead of having to remove hand to honk horn you only have to grip backside of steering wheel.

We'll i am a 21 year old and i own a 2004 BUICK CENTURY . people often ask me why i didnt get a sport car like other 21 year olds have. well i love the centurys RIDE, its so smooth, i never get tired of driving it , I like to say "once you go buick, you never go back" and thats true. my friends who have seen it love its ride and decent preformance. but believe me on the highway if you want to pass , it has enough power to pick up and go. I RECOMEND THIS CAR TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A NICE SMOOTH RIDE, FOR LESS MONEY THEN OTHER HIGH-PRICED LUXURY CARS.

soft couch-type seats, lots of space inside cabin and trunk, smooth transmission shifting

I dont have any at this moment. Buick keep making excellent cars.

Great Ride

Review

This is my third Century. I cover the state of Ohio, as a saleman, and put about 40,000 miles a year on the car. I can,t say enough about the Century, great ride, and great reliability it's never let me down. The only maintance is oil changes, normal wear items like tires and brakes. To bad this is the last year for the Century. The LaSalle is beautiful but it cost's to much for a guy on a company car plan.

Favorite Features

Seat's are extreamly comfortable, espiciality on long rides.

Suggested Improvements

Ride could be a little tighter, I did not have the radio and cruse controls on the steering wheel, would have been a nice addition.

My Buick Century

Review

I actually Bought my Buick in sept. 2000. I have put 48000 miles a year on it and I have not had a day of trouble out of it. It has a great ride nas well as a terrific Car strereo. I financed for five years and it has one year before it is free and clear mine. I have never owned a better car. It gets better gas mileage than any other 6 cylinder car I have seen....even better than the Honda and toyotas.

Six cylinder with 30+ miles to the gallon.

Full size spare tire. Lets dispense with the little donuts.....

This is the smoothest riding vehicle I've ever owned. Very comfortable. Some reviews knock the car's acceleration and I do not understand this. I feel the pick up is fine but I'm not a speedster.

Remote keyless entry only opens drivers side. Open all doors would be more convienent.

I thought this car might compare favorably with my last car: INTREPID 1998. SORRY IT DOES NOT. For the investment I will NOT buy this car again
