Any idea when BMW is going to introduce the 2008 X5's? I have been told by several dealers that there is NO info on the 2008's yet. Should I go for the 2007 BMW X5 3.0? or Should I wait for the 2008 model to come out? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Read More...

Hello firepig. Dealers are usually willing to provide better deals on vehicles that they already have in inventory than on ordered vehicles. The main reasons for this are that dealers have to pay floorplan interest on vehicles that they have on their lots. I returned mine after the SAME problem, 28 days is the shop, replaced entire steering rack, Still have the same noise, only worse. They tell me it's normal. I requested a buyback from BMW since I complained about it from day one. Read More...

I have been driving a 2007 X5 with active contour seats and the ventilation package since December 2006. The contour seats are extremely comfortable. In my opinion i think the X5 is overpriced. I went to Desert BMW out here in las vegas and the $59k for a car thats msrp is $45k????? They also didnt have the color i wanted. We told the guy we didnt want the 3rd row seat but he tried to order us one with that and premium pkg and everything under the sun. We just wanted a base 2007 X5 3.0 SAV for under $50k.
