What We Know
Our spy photographers have already caught what they think are test mules for the 2010 BMW X3. Yes, it's a long way off, but the current X3 just received its midcycle refresh for 2007, so don't expect the fully redesigned model for at least another few years. The 2010 BMW X3 will continue to ride on the same platform as the current 3 Series which should mean shared engine and drive systems as well. The test mules spotted in Germany looked to have a different suspension that the current X3, so big changes are under way. Don't expect a dramatically different size though, as the X3 has to leave room for the even smaller X1 which will eventually slot in below it.
