Overall, it is a great car. It looks as good as it performs. Solid performance thanks to the competition package. The competition package is an alternative for those who don't want to get aftermarket upgrade but want more for their M3. However, there are some electrical problems with the radio and the bluetooth connection for cell phone; not all cell phone can connect via bluetooth. The gas mileage is not bad. Got about 300 miles per a tank, 65%highway and 35% highway. If driving locally, a full tank will only give 220 miles. The exterior looks great all around. Need a wing spoiler to complete the aggressive look. The front seats is great. Back seats are very comfortable.
The 333 hp engine with the SMG is perfect. It delivers power smoothly at relaxing mode. The M-track mode bring back mild rear wheel spinning like the old days. Alcantara steering wheels grip well and the adjustable lumber support provides rigid seating position. Easy to get in and out of the car!
The navigation is dull in comparing to the Acura and Lexus. No phone number listing and no voice recognition. Need to add the cassette player back to the standard list. Digital sound processing is not avaiable as an option. OEM stereo with H/K sound is horrible. Need to work on bluetooth connection.
