I have a 2006 BMW 525i with COLD WEATHER PKG., PREMIUM PKG., WOOD TRIM, XENON HEADLIGHTS, ADAPTIVE HEAD LIGHT CONTROl Excellent Condition and only 16,200 miles. I want to exit my lease early and the dealer here in Minnesota is telling me they will only give $36,000. The total payoff is $39,500. Does the dealer offer seem realistic? Read More...

Hi, I've never leased a car and am amazed by the information and negotiation that is possible when leasing a car. You guys have it down to a science. I honestly do not know where to start. For the 2006 models, both the 525i and 530i have 3.0 liter engines, however, the 525i has only a "Single-stage" induction system while the 530i sports a "Three-stage" induction system. Well... why did they buy BMWs then? I think you should try iDrive yourself first. As I said, I am not a big fan of it, but it's OK. In 2006-2007 models you can program 2 steering wheen buttons to quickly call up functions you use most often, like radio, for example. You can also use voice activation. Run Flat Tire Solution

Have a 2006 530i with the sports suspension. Had a similar set up on an 2003. However, the 2006 with sports suspension comes with "run flat" tires. BMW's major screw-up which they refuse to acknowledge. Tire went flat in driveway. Nice light comes on. Got a patch put into the tire from a tire dealer. Otherwise cost you $300 for a tire.
