I'm on the market for a 2014 528i that I would like to lease. I definitely need the M Sport Package, Premium Package, & Drivers Assistance Package. The one problem I have been having is finding the option to add the Cinnamon Brown Interior when building it online. Have they taken it out of the M Sports Package? Or do I need the dealer to do it for me? In addition, ... Read More
I got 2013 535 GT xDrive with RV of 57% and over $9,300 off MSRP. I thought of waiting on 2014, but the only ones coming to my area dealers had MSRP over $80k and no one was willing to deal, since there are so few GTs. Regular 5 is a different story, but i really wanted a GT.
2014 535GT, 15K miles/yr Residual 58%, MF: 0.00125, $1500 Holiday Cash and $1000 Loyalty Cash. There are other incentives available to dealers but those haven't been published anywhere. I'd negotiate aggressively, aim for Invoice (or $1K below Invoice) pricing on car THEN add any incentives. Options you should also get at Invoice.
Does anybody know the residual and lease money factor for 2013 or 2014 BMW 535GT? Also, there is $1500 holiday cash and $1000 loyalty cash, but are there additional incentives provided to dealers?
Hello Lars, What was your starting offer on this car? With BMW loyalty credit it appears invoice -$3500 might be doable...
I am looking to purchase a 2014 550I (Build). I am in the Dallas area. My question is should I take advantage of the Holiday and loyalty credit in Dec of $2500? or wait till after the new year? Will BMWFS offer these credits after January. I currently in a BMW lease which expires in March 2014 and want to purchase (I will be building my 550 which I have been ... Read More

MSRP - 58,074, Sale Price - $49,774. 14.3% off MSRP. seems like another user cand1unc got an even better deal than me from the same dealer (BMW of Freehold, NJ). you can get a better deal if you are an existing BMW customer as you can avail loyalty credit (I am not). other dealers ... Hi, this is my first BMW so no loyalty cash for me. I am not returning a BMW so turn-key credit for me either. I didn't really negotiate on dealer incentives, coupons, credits etc. I used monthly payment to negotiate. I dont really care what options/credits/incentives the dealer is using or not using as long as he gets down the monthly payment to where I want. that may not be the ... Read More
Hi, I just picked up my car (2014 528xi) today from BMW of Freehold in NJ. So wanted to share the exact lease details with this group. I negotiated everything over phone/email prior to going in. It was a very good experience - i was in and out of the dealership in less than 2hrs. Couple other BMW dealerships in central NJ were willing to match this deal as well. BTW ... Read More
You need to provide more info. What is the MSRP, the Invoice, the money factor, the residual %, acquisition fee, tax rate?? What incentives and rebates are you getting? It would be very helpful, if you take the time to read about BMW leases. There is a wealth of information on these forums. All of the above components factor into the lease.

Right, Bad deal. Nov numbers are way better. WW BMW offering the following in their ad, and you can always do better than the ad... $379/mo 36 months $4k oop xdrive 2014 Tech package Camera Heated Seats Navi
Some dealers have an extra $1000 from BMW to give customers on 2014 3-Series sedans.... That's the only one I know about..

Hi, I am planning to buy 2014 528i. I received below quote : - Premium package + Driver Assistance Package + Harman Kardon system $53750 + tax + dealer fee + tag MSRP value of car is $56750 Is it a good deal ?
You want to get as close to dealers invoice price as possible. I have not looked at your invoice numbers yet. Your best coarse of action is to get several dealerships involved and buy at the end of the month. last 2 days, last day for the lowest possible deal. Take into consideration all dealerships doc fee charge . BMW claims there is no holdback on there vehicle which i doubt. ... Read More

The residual on a 10K lease is 62%. There were some erroneous residuals sent out by BMW on Wednesday, which were quickly replaced with the correct ones. If your $1,000 is the UDE, unless your dealer can work some magic it will expire before your car arrives on the West Coast, as it is valid only for deliveries by October 31. Maybe you will be eligible for the Holiday Credit instead. ... Read More
Hi Carman, I need please the Money Factor and Residual Value for a 2014 535i for 36 months and 10K miles per year. Any cash incentives / credits that I should be aware of? i am an existing BMW client with excellent credit. Also, would these incentives apply if I decide to do a European delivery?. Many thanks for the information Jose
My dealer is pushing the "owner's choice" balloon note rather than a true lease. And he has quoted 4% rate with a 60% residual for 36 months and 10k miles (2014 model). Is this the buy rate? The right residual? Is this better or worse than a true lease? Any help appreciated. Thanks!
Don't know the answer to your first question, but adding the M sport package won't change the residual. However I understand that BMW sent out incorrect residuals for the 2014s on Wednesday and quickly replaced them, but looks like they may not have been received by your dealer. I have heard that there are no changes for the 528i residuals from August.
The base rate is .00125 BMWFS allows BMW dealers to mark up the rate a maximum of .0004, for extra profit.
