So much depends on the road conditions where you drive. I have the insurance on my 2010 328i and just used it to replace the left front tire due to a screw puncture wound. The price of the tire alone was $310.00 on Tirerack.com. I got the insurance discounted to about $1000.00 when I bought the car. I would have broken even if the wheel had also been damaged. I typically see the older ones stating Tiptronic, which is very different of course. According to wiki, the PDK could be had in the 2009 Panamera, and, believe it or not, there is another generation of PDK even after that. I don't believe you'd find it too common until the 2010 models.

Yes, I have RFT's, as do all late model BMW's (except M series cars, I believe)... I have a 2010 328i convertible, a 2007 Z4 Coupe, and my wife has a 2005 Mini convertible.... all with RFT's. Hi all. Had both PS hoses and fittings replaced on my '03 530i in July 2008. Bought the car new, so it took 5+ years for any leaks to appear. Had a total cooling system overhaul with all components replaced. Radiator, fan, shroud, expansion tank, water pump, thermostat, etc. all replaced. Actually my subscriptions expired this month, so I missed the details. However, I still get their e-mails and was able to access the overall impressions. Looks like BMW, Audi and M-B have fallen behind again. BUT the good news is that the 2010 E350 is better than average. Which paper issue contained the information? My earlier post was based on what they said in the April 2010 (annual auto) issue.

Thanks for the response. No, there was no explanation. The interesting thing is that they did recco the 535 in their 2009 April Cars Edition, but did not in the 2010 edition. BMW has shifted to a single turbo 300 hp this year. But I am glad to hear you have had no issues with yours.

So we turned in our X3 on Saturday & the BMW CPO salesman sees our 2010 TSX and asks: "So you're leaving us?" I told him yes, unless you have something with a sports package & 6 speed stick that's a fantastic deal. He points me to an '08 CPO 550i with SP & 6spd w/ 30K. Asking price is $46K! Thanks, but no thanks. Beautiful car though.

You're welcome, hipo. No, the $7,000 does not include the loyalty cash. BMW was providing $6,000 dealer cash on the 2010 535i in May. It increased it to $7,000 in June. While I understand BMW website inventories are not always accurate, presently there are 70 2010 528xi's available in the Cleveland area. Perhaps the scarcity you mentioned is driven by geographical area as well. My intentions are to lease, so I am not worried about the longer term depreciation impacts.

Are you waiting for bmw fs quotes on a 2010 lease? I'd say lease a 2010(aggressively), cause the 2011 are a first model year, full price, etc., would not argue against the extention either as the new 5 looks amazing. Generally it is a good idea to buy the car and not the deal So by your post you should try to negotiate E350. Having said that you might want to look into 2010 BMW 550i here in Southern Cal they are going for 10K off MSRP (@carsdirect.com)

Playing a video on the front dash video display while not in park (and some require the parking brake, too) is illegal nearly everywhere and will get you one big fat ticket if it is noticed. Playing a video is only legal for back-seat passengers, which if the child is less than 12, is where she should be sitting anyway. Better to spring for a portable player.

Went to a dealer today to buy 2010 BMW 528XI and was told no more are being produced. They had none and would have to find one in order to fulfill any orders for a new vehicle. But not sure that if they found one it would be a good deal or not.

Remember that in this market, add $180 for Training and $300 for MACO to the invoice prices on Edmunds. I just bought a 2010 535xi wagon from Pace in Mamaroneck (same ownership as Greenwich BMW).
