    For sure they waive the security deposit for returning customers, but in 2007 at least there was a .0070 loyalty deduction from the MF for returning customers as well, You can probably find it by searching this board or the financing board of the website where Tarry posts lease information. That's why my MF was low, and if it continued into'08 why yours was low.

    What dont you understand?? Tell the dealer that you want to buy down your money factor. By doing so you max out your security deposits. Any dealer will know what you are asking them. They may not like it, but that is their problem. Also, I am not sure BMW made the 535 in 2007. I believe that it came out in the 2008 model year.

    I'm not sure how much bmw will discount cpo's, especially ones just going on the lot with new tires. Most shoppers have to work hard for a deal but who knows? My guess is that the 2 payments are all they are going to offer unless there is no interest for several months.

    Your right on. honestly with the whole reliability thing, the 3 and 5 are fairly reliably cars, not like they used to be back in the 90s. And BMWs on the whole hold their value better than Lexus so the whole lease vs. purchase is even less of an argument.

    Hi, yes the 29,200 was before tax and lic. but the two pay. by BMW took the net down to 27,400 before tax and lic.. That was a temp. deal and made it really attractive (wish they would have kept that one!)
