I agree about new car smells but after running the engine and 2500 miles broken in there should NOT be a smell of hot plastic. Something is likely amiss and I'd check with your BMW service department. Read More...

I am worried about the upcoming depreciation in 3 weeks! 2009 BMW 335i w/ AWD (x-drive) Options: Cold Weather Premium Automatic +Dealer installed Ipod interface ($520) +Window tint +all weather mats, cargo liner Total price $46000 even +TTL etc Anyone have an idea what kind of depreciation this will take in 12-24 months from now? I just received the following lease. This appears to be a good deal. I didn't put any money down except for the normal inception fees which was around $1200 (bank acquisition fees and DMV fees). I received around $5,000 cap cost reduction which was made up of around $3K of rebates and $2K to get the car off the lot due to high inventory). Does this sound okay to anyone ... Read More...
