Re: [fedlawman]
The free auto tranny is a BMW NA offering only on the 2008's. It's on their website "* Be sure to ask your BMW center about adding an automatic transmission at no cost." Check it out link title. Unfortunately, some folks missed it or are missing it. So the final cost was actually below invoice. The difference between the 2008 335I and 2009 for the same equipment was ... Read More...
Re: [sammybmw]
All manufacturers increase the price of options/packages along with base prices, so again, BMW is no different than any of the others. Yes, for Logic 7 fans, it's a bummer that BMW made it optional for 2009. Other than that though, everything else is standard industry practice. As for the "free automatic," I'm guessing that was a dealer move to get rid of a car that's ... Read More...

Re: Re-lease 2007 335i very pricey... [joesao]
Any thoughts? BMW FS will only offer it's best subvented lease rates on new 2008 and 2009 cars. The only time BMWFS offers low interest rates on used cars is when they want to move certain years and models of CPO units- and that money is for loans, not leases. If you like the car you have, buy it. Otherwise, rent the 2008. Read More...
Re: [jmaroun]
I'd agree that price increase was too much for the 2009 with little in return and don't forget that was after a mid-year price increase. The removal of the Logic 7 from the base 335 without discounting was a nasty trick. Will they take the HID's next? I was considering waiting to buy a 2009 in 2009 and then I saw the price increase. I just couldn't see where I got much ... Read More...

Re: 528i vs 335i/ 08 [JH2009]
I agree with roadburner - it's really based on your needs. If you like the 5 and need that extra room - then go for that. If you like the 3 and the room is enough than go with that! I also agree that BMWs look 100x times better with the sports package (specifically larger rims and low-profile tires - I guess all cars look better this way). And I think when BMW designs these ... It seems easily to get deal at invoice +$500 in my experience. BTW, any one knows if 'Training and MACO $560' comes from BTW to every car on its invoice? Read More...
Re: BMW 335 convertible 2008 [twmark]
forget about 2008, what if I want to get the same car but in 2009 with fully loaded like the one I described before, then what should be the price for it? the MSRP is 62K Read More...
Re: 2009 328/335i [vish_dc]
Hi Vish, My recommendation has two components; 1) Pay what leaves you with no regrets. The one thing you want to focus on is driving away and sleeping well knowing that you're OK with yourself. It's not easy, and whatever you do, DO NOT RATIONALIZE THE PURCHASE! I think you were in the ballpark last purchase and I did the same. No one can tell you what deal will make ... Read More...
Re: BMW 335 convertible 2008 [kittymini]
Forget about the other reply. It sounds like a nice car but I think 54K is too much for the used car. It's loaded wth options which ususally doesn't retain it's value as much. I think a fairer price would be 45K Read More...
