I don't see any advantagewhatsoever to your doing this. You can 'walk away' from the 330 anytime because you own it. You can't get out of the lease for 36 months AND you have zero equity in the 328. At least in 36 months you'll have equity in the 330 and probably won't be upside down on the loan. Besides all that, 10K miles a year is not such a good idea. You'll go over that ... Read More...

Here is my situation: I bought a certified used BMW 330xi and I am currently paying $470 per month. The car has about 39,000 miles on it. I have 59months left of payments. I got an offer to lease a 2008 328i 3 series sedan for $527 a month with $3,000 down. 10,00 miles per year for 36 months. You don't have to buy your car in dutchess county. There are plenty of dealers in Westchester, CT, Rockland (Wide World of Cars), Orange (Orange County BMW)... That would be willing to earn your business. Read More...

Red is a good color, or you can get black or silver and be like the other 64% of BMW owners. 33% of 2008 BMWs were silver and 31% of 2008 BMWs were black according to BMW. So be unique and get red. Read More...

Hey owner6, I own a 2008 335i sedan, manual with sports package. It's been about 4 months now. Here's my advice. The G37 isn't as refined nor engaging compared to the 335i. If you want more (performance, handling, experience than the 335i, I'd suggest looking into a 370Z providing you don't mind less utillity..but the 370Z will probably give both..more performance ... In this month's Roundel, that I got yesterday, there was a long list of letters from people complaining about how when they took their 335i in for unrelated service, the BMW dealer did a firmware upgrade that made the engine gutless below 3,000 rpm.
