Enjoying the 325xi
Vehicle
2005 BMW 3 Series 325xi AWD 4dr Sedan (2.5L 6cyl 5M)
Review
This is an outstanding vehicle. Solid, well balanced and fun to drive. Excellent handling and pickup for a small car. The only real complaint is the lack of cupholders and storage compartments.
Favorite Features
Handling and driving experience.
Suggested Improvements
More storage spaces (2006 appears to address this somewhat).
There's no going back!

Excellent auto. Though it's a nightmare to steer it in the winter if you live on the East Coast...I would suggest getting the AWD model. Otherwise, the car has been a dream!
Favorite Features
On-Board computer. Tilting side-mirror when in reverse. Stereo.
Suggested Improvements
More leg room in the rear.

This is my third BMW convertible and by far the best. The SMG transmission is great and really adds to the fun of driving. Absolutely no problems. I would recommend this car to anyone considering a convertible - two or four place.
Favorite Features
SMG transmission, adaptive headlights

Definitely Worth It!
Vehicle
2005 BMW 3 Series 330Ci Rwd 2dr Convertible (3.0L 6cyl 6M)

If you've got the bucks to spend, this one is worth it! The BMW 2005 330Cic Convertible is just about the most fun I've had driving in a long time! It's packed with luxury Items and if you get the Sport Package like I did, you can take advantage of that extra "oomph" in pickup you'll love once you break that baby in!
Favorite Features
The suspension is awesome and really hugs the road at higher speeds. The Harmon Kardon sound systems is great and the seats remember their position everytime. The gauges on the dash are great and the Xenon Adaptive Head Lights are a must! With the "automatic" top down, well.. need I say more!
Suggested Improvements
The back seats are a bit tight as well as the trunk space but well worth the sacrifice. I bought this car right when gas prices went up so.. on average, I get about 21mph on the freeway and about 18-19mph on the streets. It's still worth it though.. Just way fun to drive!!

Ultimate Driving Machine!!!
Vehicle
2005 BMW 3 Series 330i Rwd 4dr Sedan (3.0L 6cyl 6M)
Review
Amazing vehicle! Consider the M Performance Pkg., extra horsepower, plus M3 handling pkg in a 4-door. BIG wheels and tires, firm sport suspension and HUGE brakes makes this a true driver's machine. Haven't had this much fun in years!!! Also, the standard stereo is awful, so consider an upgrade (although the high-end stereo is standard in 2006). Yes, the new 2006 is a great car, but if you can find a "leftover" 2005 with the M Sport or M Performance package, don't miss it!!!
Favorite Features
Suspension. Brakes. Steering. M3 interior (with Montana leather) is great!
Suggested Improvements
I love it just as it is!

Great car

2005 BMW 3 Series 325Ci Rwd 2dr Coupe (2.5L 6cyl 5M)
Review
Traded my 05 Toyota Solara (HATE IT) on an 05 BMW 325Ci. Automatic, Sport pack, Alpine White, Sand interior, BEAUTIFUL CAR! The coupe is very comfortable yet feels very athletic and solid. It feels as if the car were machined from a solid piece. The interior is comfortable, well thought out, the wood trim is not overdone. I located exactly the one I wanted by internet, and went 650 miles one way to make the trade. During the test drive my wife loved the car so much that we also made a deal on an 05 325I for her. Next week we traveled the 1300 miles again to trade her 05 Mercedes C-230 Sport. The MB was a great car but the BMW blows it in every respect. Love the Bimmers, test drive a sedan too.
Favorite Features
Awesome styling, comfort, solid feel, love the overall material quality, fit and finish. Advice, test drive a sedan too it has a whole different presonality.
Suggested Improvements
Nit-picking. Because of the coupes longer doors, the belts are a bit hard to reach. Foot pedal E-brake rather than hand E-brake would allow for impoved cup holders and center arm rest. Quieter Tires.

GREAT CAR
Vehicle
2005 BMW 3 Series 325i Rwd 4dr Sedan (2.5L 6cyl 5M)
Review
Our second new BMW purchase in two weeks! I traded my Toyota Solara on a new 05 325Ci Sport, automatic, Alpine white, Sand interior. My wife loved the car so much more than her 05 Mercedes Benz C-230 Sport, that we traded the Benz on a new 2005 BMW 325I. Orient Blue, Sand interior, automatic, Premium. We both agree the 05 Looks and feels more like a traditional BMW than the 06. The Mercedes was a wonderful car, no complaints, but does not have the refinement, comfort, or power of the BMW. We love both of these new Bimmers
Favorite Features
The car rides smoothly, shifts smoothly, yet has an athletic sporting feel. Interior is very comfortable, intuitive layout, wood trim is not overdone. Exterior styling looks great. Over all it has a very solid feel, as if it were machined out of one solid piece. We would (obviously) buy another.
Suggested Improvements
One small suggestion. If the E-brake were a pedal rather than a center mounted pull handle, the cup holders could be side by side instead of the rear one being under the arm rest.
BMW 3 series is the best in it's class

I have spent months shopping around for a car that is luxurious, sporty, reliable, classy, a head turner, and has a low depreciation rate.I looked up BMW 3 series, Acura, Lexus, Infiniti, Audi and Mercedes Benz CLK. I came to the conclusion that the BMW 3 series is the one that met my entire criteria and exceeded the rest of the competition cars by miles. This car is a world class car and I am not saying that because I bought it, but because I shopped around smartly and took my time doing it. The performance is great, the looks speak for itself, the interior design is luxurious and very comfortable and the handling is superior. Worth the money. Must consider
Favorite Features
The looks, performance, handling, comfort, and the NAV system. Put the top down and enjoy the ride. IT RIDES LIKE A DREAM. You'll turn heads as you drive by both men and women. This car is for intelligent drivers and if you read the manual, you'll find out that the car has more room than people say.
Suggested Improvements
For a $55000 car, BMW can add lights to the sunsheild mirrors. The A/C takes some of the horse power but I am in Texas and it is very hot here. A CD changer will be nice. The keys which contain the lock/unlock/alarm function only when the keys are very close to the car (can not unlock from distance).

2005 BMW 325xi
Vehicle

Review
Back in my twenties my ride was a Porsche 911S and I developed an appreciation for German engineering. Years later, the Porsche long-gone, I wanted a sporty but luxurious ride. That is the definition of a BMW sedan. It really brought back memories about what DRIVING a car was all about. It's gorgeous, too. Contrary to previous reviewer, I really appreciate the rain sensor wipers (intermittent wiping speed automatically adjusts to how much rain is hitting the windshield), the automatic headlights (never have to worry about leaving them on), the auto-tilt side mirror (it tilts down so you can see the curb when you parallel park).
Favorite Features
BMW full maintenance (FREE for four years), BMW road-side assistance (like On-star) FREE for first year, GREAT ride, beautiful styling. A joy to drive. Xenon headlights, Harmon-Kardon stereo very worthwhile extras.
Suggested Improvements
A little underpowered for my taste. First gear a little "short". I will be trading up to a 330xi when my lease is up, although I hear the 2006 3s are better performers. Don't expect great gas mileage (I get about 20 mpg around town). BMWs cost more, but I to me it's worth it.
High Quality

Review
Bought this car (325i sedan) 5 months ago with almost no options except for automatic transmission. The A/C is fast and cold compared to my '04 Toyota's. The variable-valve 6-cylinder engine gives you enough power when you need it. Steering and ride handling is a 10 out of 10. The rims get a little dirty each week from the brake dust, but that is nothing new. The car is black and very good-looking. The standard leatherette is refined and very comfortable. Rear-passenger room is superior to its competitors, head-room is very good.
Favorite Features
I like its serious road manners and overall fit and finish, very high-quality.
Suggested Improvements
Slightly more horsepower.
