My new (sort of) BMW
Vehicle
2005 BMW 3 Series 325i Rwd 4dr Sedan (2.5L 6cyl 5M)
Review
I absolutely love the car. I think that purchasing a car like this comes with the understanding that you are getting into a "drivers" car. It may not have the softest seats but they are supportive and hold you well while you carbe the corners with this amazing car. The handling is outstanding for a 4 door sedan. I have the 17" wheels with the upgraded suspension and the ride is firm just the way "I" like it. To me its almost perfect. With that im mind you should buy what you need/want. If you buy this car expecting something other then BMW, it will not work for you and you will not be happy. I am absolutely crazy about the car. Very well done VW. Just enough power to make driving just great.
Favorite Features
Handling, braking, steering in general, seat comfort and support, body styling, sound system is great, great headlight with good night time visibility, and I do love the great dash colour at night... it's clear and easy on the eyes.
Suggested Improvements
Im sure there are always areas for improvement. Exhaust note is nice but could be a bit more deep from the factory. Not too much, just a bit. Factory tinted glass would be great... not sure if its available.

2005 BMW 3 Series 325i Rwd 4dr Sport Wagon (2.5L 6cyl 5M)
Review
This car was the first car we've ever bought that cost more than $20K and we remain in love with it 3 years later. It drives like a dream, gets decent MPG (btwn 25 and 30 mpg) and I think it looks very sophisticated for a wagon. There have been a few electrical issues since day 1 that we vaguely annoying but didn't affect performance and which have finally been diagnosed and fixed. All the maintenance and repairs have been covered by the BMW service plan which is unparalleled. We haven't had any mechanical problems at all.
Favorite Features
Looks awesome! Woodgrain dash looks very upscale. Pleased with MPG and you just feel so confident in this reliable vehicle.

2005 BMW 3 Series 325xi AWD 4dr Sedan (2.5L 6cyl 5M)
Review
I bought a used 2005 325xi with 34k miles. I took her on a trip from CT to NC (with 2 other people in the car and luggage) and got 481 miles to the tank. That's 32 mpg! What a great car! I would totally recommend getting one! So much fun to drive!
Favorite Features
AWD, Sport package, getting about 32 mpg, heated seats, sunroof!
Suggested Improvements
Slightly bigger trunk, and a standard trip computer with mpg & miles until empty feature (I have that on my M3).

Anticipation
Vehicle
2005 BMW 3 Series 325Ci Rwd 2dr Coupe (2.5L 6cyl 5M)
Review
If you are looking for a fun, vehicle with outstanding performance look no further. This car hugs the road with impressive handling but is so quiet inside you can hear even a pin drop. The interior is nicer than most apartments. Reliability and safety are BMW top priority, just look at all the safety specs and insurance discounts. You must drive one of these!
Favorite Features
Bluetooth, sunroof.
Suggested Improvements
Put bluetooth speaker on driver side, system to remind youof how close you are getting to a parking curb as it is so low to the ground.

I picked up a used 2005 325xi with 34k miles. Silver-gray metallic with the sport package. What a great car! Handles beautifully! Decent gas mileage as well (overall 22 / 28+ on hwy). Classic BMW style and comfortable too. Go and get one!
Favorite Features
Sport package, heated seats, & sunroof!
Suggested Improvements
In-dash CD changer or IPOD as standard. They can always improve the mpg.

Doesn't get any better.

2005 BMW 3 Series 325Ci Rwd 2dr Convertible (2.5L 6cyl 5M)
Review
A classy, sports sedan. Puts a Porsche to shame. Beautiful, powerful, sure handling - great soft top with more quiet than most sedans. Take regular care of it and it'll probably outlive you and still remain fun!
Favorite Features
Handling, power beauty.
Suggested Improvements
Drink holders - suspect BMW doesn't waste much time on these little conveniences because most people are too busy driving it to be drinking something. Drive it, pull over, rest and relax with a civilized beverage!

My BMW
Vehicle
2005 BMW 3 Series 330xi AWD 4dr Sedan (3.0L 6cyl 6M)
Review
I have not had my car very long but the few days I have had it I will say I LOVE IT. I have owned many cars in my life and this one is by far is one of my favorites. I love driving this car. I get 26.5 miles per gal but that is better than my other car. I do wish that it was more like 35 per gal but that is the only down side. No biggie, still great fuel economy by far.

Not a good car
Vehicle
2005 BMW 3 Series 325i Rwd 4dr Sedan (2.5L 6cyl 5M)
Review
As a new car with decent pricing, the car is not up to the standard: 1) encountered a total electronic system shut-down during a freeway driving. After that, the dealer couldn't figure out the problem; 2) fuel tank has to be replaced after 13K miles, due to its inherent defect (unspecified). After replacement, it is still having trouble taking a full tank. 3) air condition/heater never seems to be working complete fine in "auto" mode.
Favorite Features
Exterior design.
Suggested Improvements
The on-board computer does not tells whether there is a hole on the hood. Also, on-board computer itself can be the defective part in the car.

A real Bahn-stormer!

2005 BMW 3 Series 325Ci Rwd 2dr Coupe (2.5L 6cyl 5M)
Review
We bought this car when we were stationed in Germany and it has been absolutely terrific. The brakes are phenomenal at autobahn speed and the engine is silky smooth. Build quality is excellent. The car is very agile and the steering is almost telepathic. We have been extremely pleased at the fuel mileage both in Europe and here in the States. All in all a wonderful car and a joy to drive!
Favorite Features
Engine, transmission, brakes, adaptive headlights.
Suggested Improvements
A little more power would always be appreciated but it does very well passing at highway speeds.

Review
I used to drive a VW Golf, but always wanted a BMW. Purchased a 325i 4dr sedan and its amazing. 5 speed, Bright Red, low suspension, 17 sport rims, sport package, heated seats.. great drive and safety.. gas mileage is good
Favorite Features
17 inch rims, red color, heated seats.. mp3 capability
Suggested Improvements
Sports package has sport tires... had to spend money on a set of winter tires and rims for about a grand... worth it though... also a lot of little noises in the interior are annoying... still love it though!
