Car is great fun to drive. Once all the quirks are worked out ( window regulators) car will be fine. Would definetly buy another one if one came along at a great price.

I LOVE THIS CAR! I have been an avid SUV driver for years, until I test drove this car! My 325cI is fully loaded. The only option left to add was a coffee maker! Being in the miltary I drive around a lot on the installation. My 3 makes me wish I worked more than what I actually do! I have put more miles on it than anticipated, but the car is addictive. I will never go back to an SUV again.
Favorite Features
Heated seats, programmable driver seats for 3 people...too many others to list.
Suggested Improvements
The 2 cup holders in front are a little weak, considering only 1 is useful with the armrest covering the other one.

2002 BMW 3 Series 325Ci Rwd 2dr Coupe (2.5L 6cyl 5M)
Review
The car is as solid as a bank vault, no squeaks or rattles. It is smooth but it has an edge to the ride. The steering is precise and quick. Acceleration is not as good as the 330I I drove, but that is why the 330I costs a little more. Gas mileage would qualify this car for compact status. It is always 20 mpg or more for city driving. Over all I am extremely happy with the car.
Favorite Features
BMW factory tinted windows, Premium Leather seats, smooth responsive engine and the plain non-premium radio sounds even better than the BOSE I had in my 1999 Acurs
Suggested Improvements
I think acceleration should be better at the lower end. I notice out on the freeway that there is a lot of punch over 50 mph. The 330I had a lot of low end torque.

What a machine. The more curves in the road the better the ride. You can be crusing at 60, punch it and still have incredible power. Best money I ever sent.

Reduce brake dust, cup holders are not handy under arm rest.

What a great car. I'm hard to please when it comes to automobiles and always sell them fast. I've kept this car for 2 years now and love it. I will certainly purchase another BMW in the future.
Favorite Features
Smooth transmission. Quiet ride and very responsive. Sleek design and well thought out options.
Suggested Improvements
Fix the brake dust issue. It's excessive.

I love this car. The only thing I would like better is if it had a sixth gear. It revvs high in 5th which decreases hwy gas mileage. It's at about 3000 rpm at 70 mph. But the new 330 manual has a sixth gear, so they fixed that problem! The driving is the best part. It handles like a dream. And the top goes down in about 25 seconds, fully automatic.
Favorite Features
Handling, Brakes, Design, Navigation System.
Suggested Improvements
A sixth gear.

the rear brakes seem like a problem as does the clunking in the automatic transmission and the heating system is strange; it doesn't heat up completely in cold weather
