you are trying to tweak me-which I actually enjoy. value wise Infiniti g beats BMW-but as I said in the past it's not a better car then 335 form. 328 nice rig but it's 40k gives you a softer 6 - and most peeps get them in auto form which for me handicaps performance. I assume you want a used car - and it has to be quite used (4+ years old). I own BMW myself, but bought it new with maintenance. I have to assume that AWD is in the Genesis pipeline. I suspect they need another year or two to refine their "house made" 8-spd transmission. From what I read it is a notch lower in refinement to the ones used by Audi and BMW. BTW, is it true that Infiniti sources its 7-spd from Mercedes? I agree with you 100% fedlawman. Even though my 2010 TSX is equipped with an automatic, it is the best automatic I've ever driven. It holds shifts in M(anual) mode until I (the driver) flicks the paddle on the right for it to upshift. There has been some discussion about the value of the scheduled maintenance. While it is built into the price of the car and we all know it isn't free, it is worth something. It all depends on your driving style & what is important to you (performance, style, interior comfort, features, trunk space, rear passenger space, driving dynamics...). Especially if you are leasing, all the cars you mentioned will be covered by their respective factory warranties for the duration of your lease (& probably beyond). I certainly understand your motives in swapping out the RFT's. The originals on my wife's MINI were also noisy, but the new RFT's she installed in late 2010 appear to be much quieter. The Michelin's on my 2010 328i are far quieter than the Bridgestones on my 2007 Z4 coupe. Like most other technologies, RFT is advancing as well. However, there are some very "rabid" RFT haters out there, and for many of them there will never be a suitable RFT available. Personally, I"m neutral. Yep,you have to register when you replace.,however I haven't had a problem and if I had to use a trickle I'd be upset. I special ordered and leased a 2007 328xi for 39 months back in August of 2007. Great car and very satisfied with the car. Returned it as scheduled on November 30th, 2010. Residual was $26K and decided not to buy the car. December and half of January has now gone by and my auto needs have changed. Nj BMW dealers are always talking trash. Go to another dealer besides this one. Either he doesn't know there's a 2000 incentive or he isn't telling you about it or, he just might be dumb. The car holds 2600 dollars. You should pull the trigger at anything greater than a total if 4300 total off msrp inc the 2k trunk money.

Is there any incentive given on 2010 328xis by dealers. I just called up one dealer in NJ area and he said there is no incentive given by bmw at this point of time. He quoted MSRP of 41,500 + tax. This car has Premium pkg + Logic 7 sound System What is a good price to offer to the dealer for 2010 328xis?

Buying a car is truly a nightmare! Was offered a 2010 BMW 328IX for $35,900 + tax, doc fee: $190, title fee: $120, etc! The car has "2 miles" - Sapphire Black, Automatic, premium package, heated steering wheel, xenon lights, no mats, no freebies .. it is what it is. Am I getting a deal? Can you show which website indicates this information? This is a very good business model which company does not have to order any raw material until the dealers make a large comnit on the orders. So this is a airplane business model business where there is a huge backlog of preorder before they can deliver cars..... I wonder if BMW is having issues moving their inventory? BMW has no inventory. Every car coming off the assembly line is already sold to a dealer before assembly begins. BMW manufacturing is a totally separate entity within the company. So, what they do have is potentially unused assembly capacity. When I had a 2010 TL as a loaner car-I only had to put my hand thru the door handle to get it to unlock-no buttons to push. I owned a few Nissan vehicles and had lots of problems with them so I am still leary on owning them.

Yes, wireless key may fail some day. Counting on acura overall reliability to make this a small chance of occurrence. But keeping key in pocket is the best idea which is possible with wirelss. I have a tedency to misplace keys, or not put it back into my pocket well enough so it does fall out later. I agree that the 2010 TL is too large. That's another reason to lean ... Read More

While my 06 tsx was being serviced I had use of a 2010 TL/wtech as a loaner car. I was able to keep it overnight. I put the keyless remote on top of the center console. Wireless Keys are nice but just one more thing to worry about like system malfunction down the road or the damn key falling out of your pocket while driving and can't find it between the seat when you get out I love my 2010 TSX!
