The name comes from a combination of "Legacy," "Revolution" and "Touring," according to the automaker. The car is described as a "sport tourer."

One teaser image suggests the Levorg will come with either a turbocharged direct-injection 1.6-liter or a 2.0-liter four-cylinder Boxer engine.

The Levorg will be joined by two other concepts. They are new versions of the Subaru Viziv called the Subaru Viziv Evolution Concept and the Subaru Cross Sport Design Concept.

The three make their public debut on November 20.

Edmunds says: At least one of the three Subaru concepts is production bound, but U.S. plans for the cars are murky at this point.
