LAS VEGAS — Ford trucks will be well represented at the 2011 SEMA Show, with three customized Explorers and four modified F-series pickups on the automaker's stand.

The Explorers include examples from Stitchcraft Interiors, DSO Eyewear and Tjin Edition, while the F-Series SEMA specials come from Superlift Suspensions, Skyjacker Suspensions, CGS Performance Products and Hulst Customs.

The Explorer project vehicles range from the Stitchcraft "Business Edition" with Alcantara upholstery, Orion audio and two-tone paint to the DSO "active sports urban lifestyle" example, with lowered suspension, 24-inch Niche three-piece wheels, Katzkin leather seats, custom LED lighting and BASF Pearl Tri-Coat White paint. The Tjin Edition Explorer features Eibach suspension bits, Baer brakes, Falken tires on 24-inch iForged wheels, Realm audio, black leather upholstery with orange diamond stitching and a custom DuPont paint job by L&R Autobody.

The F-Series trucks include two F-150 models and a pair of F-350 Super Duty pickups.

Skyjacker's Project No Compromise transforms an F-150 EcoBoost with a 4-inch suspension lift, monotube shocks, MagnaFlow cat-back dual exhaust, Steelcraft stainless-steel grille guard, Rigid Industries LED light bar and Bushwacker fender flares.

The Tarmac F-150 from CGS gets a Whipple twin-screw supercharger, Bell Tech front coilover suspension and six-piston Baer brakes with 15-inch rotors, as well as a CGS cat-back exhaust and cold-air intake. Seats are upholstered in Pecca red leather, with the exterior finished in DuPont Jet Black and Boyd Red, set off by Colorado Custom billet wheels.

Hulst Customs' Black Mamba F-350 boasts a custom hood and grille with stainless-steel mesh insert, side rockers and lower front fascia with integral Radiantz LED lighting. The suicide-style rear doors feature a Scissor Doors billet hinge kit, and the whole thing is finished in Planet Color black with 3M Di-Noc stainless graphics.

A suspension builder teamed with a famed toymaker to create the F-350 Matchbox Superlift Brush Truck, which is fitted with a 10-inch lift system and rides on massive 41-inch Interco IROK tires. The big boy is finished in a PPG Vibrance "Oh, So Orange" base coat with a contrasting satin black powder-coated accent, and comes with code-three emergency lights and sirens, plus a fire-fighting utility bed and equipment. SEMA visitors to the Ford display will receive a miniature die-cast version of the truck.
