After an upbeat start to the year in Detroit, the 2011 Chicago Auto Show is hoping to keep the momentum going with yet another round of new product unveils. Although the Chicago auto show has typically been the place where trucks and SUVs take center stage, it looks as though this year's show may feature a more car-centric lineup when press days start on February 9.
One world premiere that has already been announced is the 2012 Acura TL. It's getting a face-lift after a poorly received redesign a year or so back. We'll see if it's enough to turn its fortunes around in a very competitive category. There's also an unconfirmed report that the 2012 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 will make its world debut in Chicago. That car is expected to feature a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 with well over 500 horsepower. We'll be covering all the action from McCormick Place with photos, news, videos and blog posts, so stay tuned for more.
