The TTS offers high handling limits and quick acceleration. Its chassis supplies rapid responses but still lacks the nimbleness of some RWD competitors. Dual-clutch gearbox performance is awesome once moving but will never be as flexible as a three-pedal car. Convertible style makes remarkably few compromises, but is unavoidably less sharp.
Despite its magnetic-fluid adjustable suspension, the TT is stiff enough in "standard" mode that some buyers might look elsewhere if cruising comfort matters. Front seats are hard and deeply bolstered -- which many will love.
Excellent headlamps. Some simple control functions are overcomplicated because of integration into nav system. Roller knobs on steering wheel are a better solution than buttons. Maximum cargo space is larger than many competitors. Rear seats are hopelessly small but some competitors don't have any rear seats.
Audi are solid, well-built cars and the TTS is no exception. The TTS's exterior styling gets looks and its interior is remarkably high quality and superbly assembled. Overall fit and finish is as it should be on a car in this segment.
Image Enhancer
People look at the TTS. And they should. It looks right.
High Performer
This is a quick sport coupe with serious performance numbers.
Luxurious
There's an element of luxury in everything Audi does so the TTS is plenty luxurious.
