We just red picked up this car yesterday from a small dealer in the San Francisco area. It's beautiful, clean inside & out. There was a minor glitch resetting the radio security code but we got that fixed. We do have a squeak coming from the front left but are going to deal with it until we can get it checked out. The automatic convertible top works great which is s bonus for our California to Philly road trip. All in all were happy.
I bought mine used with 63xxx and in impeccable shape. With or without the top down, you get noticed in this car, a lot. The car handles extremely well, especially at higher speeds. The engine purrs, but does not have a strong kick at the starting gate. The ride is harsh and noisy. Lots of metal rattles underneath and in the rear, none of which the dealer can figure out! Heating/cooling and stereo are outstanding. Bottom line: the good far outweighs the negative.
Interior and exterior design. Road hugging handling. Bose sound system. Heating/AC and defrost
Change cupholder position, improve seat adjustments, automatic boot for convertible
Car has ben in shop 3 times since purchase for minor maintenance. More of a nuisance than anything else.
Fun to drive, power top and glass rear windowe is a great plus, and comfortable to boot! Car is super sturdy compared to other rattle traps owned before. Plenty of power for a grocery getter from the 180 HP 4 cylinder.
I purchased a certified, brilliant red roadster 180 FWD automatic just for fun. What a great little vehicle. Love to cruise around as I don't see many other TT's in South Dakota ! People ask about it all the time ... red color really helps.
Exterior looks/appearence, ride, most features
cupholder re-positioning, change red instrument lighting panel color, 'maybe' different tires.
I selected this vehicle because of it's
unique design and available performance
upgrade options. In my opinion, audi is
one of the most innovative automakers
and I respect their innovation in
producing vehicles such as the TT and
the Lemans concept.
