2002 Audi TT Convertible 225hp quattro AWD 2dr Roadster (1.8L 4cyl Turbo 6M)

Review

This car has been a joy! If you want to watch some heads turn, drive the TT. I think the TT has the best looking interior(baseball stitch) I've seen. It's a very unique and solid built automobile.

Best Features

Brown leather baseball interior against the black and chrome dash. The convertible top goes down smoothly and fast! Bose system option is a must

Worst Features

Though I have the 225hp awd, I feel it lacks a bit of speed of the line. I had the unfortunate incident of getting a flat. The jack was akward to use, and the flat tire would not fit in the trunk, as opposed to the donut spare.

2002 Audi TT Convertible 225hp quattro AWD 2dr Roadster (1.8L 4cyl Turbo 6M)

Review

Great car with lots of room even though I am a big guy. Lots of fun to drive. Get comments all the time about how beautiful the car is. All around a great little roadster.

Best Features

Engine sounds great and is very responsive...once you get moving. Power top and Bose stereo are nice features.

Worst Features

Power seats, more trunk space, more torque at low rpms. A few more hp would also be nice.

2002 Audi TT Convertible 225hp quattro AWD 2dr Roadster (1.8L 4cyl Turbo 6M)

Review

Although the trunk might be small, and the drink-holders hard to reach, this car is pure fun to drive. The sound of the 225's dual exhaust elicits chills, and the car's yummy lines summon one more look over the shoulder of even the most calloused driver.

Best Features

This car is destined to be a classic -- the exterior lines and interior details of the Audi TT charm all who are drawn to admire her curves and trace her dimples.

Worst Features

A handy spot to stow a cup of coffee would be nice, but who would want to risk spilling anyway. And, okay, those of us who are "oversized" might find the TT a tad tight.

Review

Wanna find out if your significant other is the jealous type, then you have found the car to fall in love with! A pleasure to drive and a dream to own - turns heads everywhere, people can't help but talk to you about it. Minor parts quality issues aren't a concern with exemplary dealer service/care. Interior is divine.

Best Features

The Quattro system hugs the turns and handles the torque. Drove the Saab Viggen first, but this WON!

Worst Features

Bigger engine - 225 is good, but the lack of torque from higher displacement engine is noticeable with A/C on. With A/C off - no complaints.

Review

About a year and a half ago I wanted to buy a convertible. I went down to check out the 3-series convertible, and the salesman wouldn't even take me seriously because I was 26. Looked at an SLK, and similarly equipped was around $47000. Got mine for just under 40k, and I tell ya, it gets more looks then either of those cars. More looks than a Boxter even. Sure, the Boxter is a better street performer.. But everybody has a Z3 and a Boxter. It has more headroom than the SLK too. It's everything a stylish roadster sould be. I love it. Audi has found a life-time customer.

Best Features

Xenon lights, more attractive interior than a Ferrari, orange glow that shines down between the seats, style and attention to detail everywhere. very rigid convertible.

Worst Features

The compartment between the seats at about shoulder level opens to easily when you bump into it. Cover for soft top should flex a little better to fit into trunk. Use a little more aluminum to cut down on wieght problems. Give us about twenty more HP.
