2008 Q7 - 2007 Q7 Great Car but 2 Major Issues

The only major issues I had with my 2007 Q7 were 1) Drivetrain system which vibrated at 65+MPH 2) MMI Ssystem - the MMI system was not air sealed to protect from coffee cup spills. Leased apx. 6 month ago- Drives like a dream-but I just need to get use to driving in silence, no bluetooth phone access, no GPS assistance. Not sure if you have the same problem I have with my 2007 Q7 BUT.... I had my MMI system replaced because a coffee cup in my cupholder between the driver and passenger seat spilled onto MMI control buttons. Now 7 months later my son spilled a bottle of water and the next day the MMI stopped working. I bought the car into my AUDI dealer who are excellent BUT they claim AUDI ... Read More...

Hi all, I just wanted to share my experience with you all. I bought a pre-owned 2007 Audi Q7 in Beige color yesterday. Picked it up in a dealership in MD for 42,994 plus tax & title. Exactly like mine! But mine is 2007 year model and with added Infotainment Package, Technology Package, Bluetooth Phone Preparation w/Comfort Center Armrest and Audi Music Interface. And yes, we have to pay the whole sales tax (6.25%) on new car as well. And with Audi care, I think the residual is about 53% bought it 3 months ago. We had almost $9K upside down with ...
