The 55% residual value that the second dealer told you is correct, but if your credit is in good shape they are marking up your car's money factor to add additional back-end profit to your deal. Hi toofdoc. Audi isn't providing lease support on 2012 models any longer. As a result, you would likely be better off leasing a 2013 model at this point. The '13's selling price probably won't be as low, but its money factors and residual values will be much better. Hi Car_Man; Your thoughts on what seems to be really low residuals on the Audis compared to BMWs. 2012 BMW 335i residuals are in the low to mid 60% range compared to Audi in the upper 40% to low 50%. Is there really that big a difference in resale value, or is BMW just pumping up the leases?

The money factor is being marked up by the dealer above in beyond from what the base rate from Audi Financial is. The base rate for Feb is .00089. They are marking it up by in order to pad the profit on the deal. Some dealers mark it up higher then others. Simply tell them that you will only pay the base rate or no deal. Yes, I believe that Audi's February lease program is basically the same as its January program was. The money factor that you were quoted looks too high. The last time I saw Audi's lease program for the 2012 A6 3.0T Prestige, its buy rate lease money factor was only .00089 for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier. Each security deposit which equals monthly payment (rounded to the next 25 dollar) lowers your MF rate (i believe by 0.00007). I'll get this money at the end of the lease. K1ahn You should put nothing down if possible. This allows you to compare deals. Each $1,000 down is equivalent to approximately $30/month. Also, my dealer says the side assist is only available with the prestige option. Maybe this is not the case in your area. Audi care is important. See if you can get that thrown in by the dealer.

Went to an Audi dealer, asked about the .00145 and 52% for 36m 12k miles A6 prestige and they said it is not correct, they offered something with .00290 and 59% for 10k miles? Could you please clarify? Thank you.

2011 A6 Prem. Plus w/Audi Care. Numbers were great! Called 5 dealers and they were the best by far. It is always nice when the other dealers tell you to "get 3 if they are giving it to you for that price".

Hi shawn757. The last time I checked, the MSRP for Audi Care on an A6 was $800. There's some margin there for the dealer to play with, but I don't think that there's more than $100 to $150. just got A6 Prem Plus 10K miles per year for 760 with 2500 due at signing added COld Weather and side assist and audi connect . black exterior and brown inside Audi of meadowland in NJ..ask for edwin Bell had a similar price but did not have the car
