I am a current Audi leasee looking to lease a new a6 avant. 36 month, 15K. Do you know what the MF and residual are for the AVANT right now? Any loyalty cash or incentives? They have a 2006 certified Avant with 35K miles for sale @ $28,000. Would I be better off doing that? Thanks Read More...

MY AUDI A6 SAYS THE SAME THING (SAFE) I DONT KNOW HOW TO RESET THE RADIO I HAVE THE CODE IN MY GLOVE COMPARTMENT BUT DOES NOT PROGRAM INTO RADIO I CALLED THE DEALER THIS MORNING AND THEY TOLD ME THAT TO GO TO ANY AUDI SERVICE DEPT. I am considering to purchase a CPO 2006 Audi A6 (CVT). The dealer list it for just under $23K plus TTL. Its has just over 26K miles on the clock, was ex-lease vehicle (3 year). I am in the middle of researching what to do next (currently in a 2006 A6) and believe I saw a residual for 12K miles/year for a non-Prestige at 48%. I have more experience with research with A4 and Q5s and noticed that going from 10K to 12K to 15K miles/yr lowered 1%. Going from Premium to Premium Plus to Prestige also lowered the residual 1%. Trying to decide between a 2006 A6 S-line package, fully loaded for $30k (only 25k miles) or going brand new '09 A6 3.0T, but would need the Prestige package. I do like driving something different every few years, so would be leasing the '09... the '06 would be flipping in 2 years or so. Hey luckylindy, I have a Audi A6 (2006 model) with 120K miles and a problem very similar to your post. The problem is intermittent...when it occurs it takes longer than normal to get cool air in the center vents while the driver side vent (and the vent in the top of driver side door) blow very hot air. i had a 2006 A6 that was lemon law with same issue , it would go from comfortable 70 degree to scalding 180 degree , after many times in shop my dealer would not work on it any more , so i had to wait 45 days for audi tech to come , looking at my paper work it was a dual heater a/c valve unit had to be replaced , i can not tell you oh if that took care of the issue i hardly drove it after ... I would agree that the RL seems cramped. The back particularly is much smaller then my M35X. The reason I do not want to buy the lease is that it is $29k to buy out and honestly, I do not know if I trust the infiniti brand in regards to repairs. I have had a variety of issues.
