I recently purchased a 2010 Audi A4 2.0T. I am very happy with its performance. Im my opinion it's a zippy/fast car which I feel is safe and that I can rely on it... HOWEVER.
After owning it for 3 months my low oil indicator went on. I figured having driven it off the lot the car should have had all fluids topped off.
I took it in and they found a broken or corroded or defective oil coolant part. Three days later I had my car "good as new." About 2k miles later - low oil indicator goes on again. This time I was told there were no broken parts and they'd do a oil consumption test. They topped it off w/weighed oil. 1,420 miles later my low oil indicator light is back on....
I'm stressed out about this! I spent so much money to get this car and it has been non stop "low oil" problems!!!
I don't believe 1,420 miles is normal for it to "consume" from being topped off to having low oil right????
