Truly an outstanding car in its class. Power could be better, but the A4 is nonetheless consistently impressive.

Dynamics
The A4's newly redesigned chassis is highly capable and impressively stiff, providing an excellent ride/handling tradeoff. Acceleration is midpack at best due to the A4's heft. Very effective brakes.
Comfort
Ride quality is well-controlled and compliant. Rear legroom substantially improved over previous-generation A4.
Function
The cabin is first-rate and laid out intuitively. MMI is still good but beginning to cede ground to newer systems from Lexus and BMW.
Design/Build Quality
Sharp, new styling and a high-quality interior. The A4 sets the standard for interior execution among entry-level sport sedans.
Comfortable It's fundamentally well-equipped and the list of optional features is long and comprehensive.
Luxurious Plenty of creature comforts.
High Performer Braking and handling are near the top of its class, although acceleration could be better.
