Hi all, first time poster, long time reader. Wrapped up my first Audi A4 lease last night with Prestige Imports in North Miami, Fl. Nice buying experience. The deal I got was $373 w/ tax a month for 36 months, 12K a year, and $2000 out of pocket. Black w/ black leather. Hi: AS you may have gathered from the experience that we reported with our 2004 Audi A4 6-spd, our clutch failure occurred well within our standard warranty period, (25000 miles and less than 3 years), but Audi would not honor the warranty, so I suspect that purchasing the extended warranty would be money down the drain. Audi Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24 month lease of a 2007 Audi A4 3.2 Avant with 12,000 miles per year are .00030 and 58%, respectively. I have a 2003 Audi A4 Cab and the transmission died at 36k miles! I serviced it faithfully too! I didn't get the extended warranty b/c I thought I would be fine b/c I had low mileage and had no intention of driving that much. Well now I'm not driving at all!!! I have an 2003 Audi A4 Cab w/36,000 miles that I cannot drive b/c the transmission died. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm trying to work with Audi, but they are giving me no support b/c my warranty just expired. I hit the 4 year mark on 4/18/2007. What you were told is correct, woodeallen. The $3,000 dealer cash that Audi is currently providing on the 2007 A4 is not compatible with its special lease program. If you opt to go with the dealer cash, then you will have to use Audi's standard lease program to calculate your monthly payment or lease through an independent bank. Through September 4th, Audi Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24 month lease of a 2007 A4 2.0T Sedan with quattro and 12,000 miles per year are .00012 and 61%, respectively.
