My advice is not to put any money down on the vehicle. If you are leasing, it is usually best not to put any money down. Keep the $2,000 in the bank, better to have it available. I recently leased a 2011 TSX and signed a closed end lease agreement. I was happy with the sale but did not receive a copy of the agreement. They said they would send it through the mail. I live in PA and was wondering if they must give you a copy of the agreement when you sign it?

I just leased a 2011 TSX w/ navigation for $31,700, nothing down, including destination. However it did not include bank fee, first month, and motor vehicle. May I suggest you back out tax, mv/reg fee and see what your actual sales price is. Then you can compare it to mine which was very good. Many states have limits on what a dealer can charge for a doc fee. IL for example has a limit of around $150. Never seen a dealer in IL charge less than that but that is the most they can charge. Sales tax + motor vehicle and documentation fees, that was it. Those are static and can't really be negotiated. 0.9% APR over 60 months, basically free loan. I'm on my 2nd tank of gas, switched to regular, getting 36mpg on the highway w/regular gas, higher if I avoid slow-downs. Glad I went with the 2011, would not have gotten the financing or warranty on the same terms with the 2010.

Manufacturers' advertised leases usually to include some sort of dealer discount...however savvy consumers who are in areas that have a decent level of competition are usually able to beat these deals. If I was in the market for a 2011 TSX, I personally would shoot for a selling price of a couple hundred dollars over dealer invoice minus the available dealer cash. Well, so much for common sense. I just drove in from San Antonio after leasing an Acura for another three years. I was given the option of leasing a 2011 TSX with tech for well under $300 OTD after credit for returning my '08 lease. My current payments were $374 on an '08 without tech. Typo, I did the negotiation on the phone. I didn't do the test drive and didn't even look at the car in person. There are not many Acura dealers in Orange county and I feel most of these dealers who would offer that price. That's the reason I didn't post them. I'm more than happy to give the names of dealers by email.

Looking for a 2011 TSX I4 auto base in the DFW area (4 acura dealers), I have one quote so far right at the truecar "great price" threshold of $27,500, then a few other quotes slightly above it. Is this as low as I can get it or should I push harder? Are there any incentives out there for March or upcoming for April?
