Please beware this car is extremely dangerous on snow conditions due to its suspension, tires and being a front wheel drive vehicle. I would not recommend anyone to buy this car if you get snow in your areas. I would recommend to go for AWD vehicles like Audi for snow states in US. Snow tires will not be of much help for this car.
Make this car AWD vehicle or change the design so that it is at least safe to drive on snow.

I changed over to a set of Michelin Ice-X tires for the winter and and no issues with my TL Type S in any snow.
In fact, so confident that it became my wife's daily driver in the snow while I drove our TSX.
Yes, AWD is always going to be better then FWD, which is better then RWD.
However, tires make all the difference as winter tires use a different compound and tread pattern to ensure improved grip and traction.
