I lease a 2007 TL with nav ( my 2nd TL ) and own a 2006 325 XI sport wagon/ nav and sport package ( my first and last BMW ). Don't get wrong the BMW is a great car to drive, and there is nothing like the BMW aura. I'm looking at CPO prices and they seem absolutely ridiculous. $24,460 @ 44,797 miles $23,000 @ 58k miles $23,000 @ 49k miles $25,500 @ 14,400 miles $25,500 @ 20,000 miles It's a 3-year old car.. and the price from lower mileage cars are only $8-9,000 away from what most of you guys are getting for the 2009 ... I just got off the phone with an Acura dealer in Los Gatos. My stock rims are scraped to the point where I would like to get new rims. I am interested in getting a brand new set of A-Spec 18" chrome rims. He said that starting in 2010 these rims will no longer be available for purchase. They are discontinued items. I have just been told by Acura that our 2006 TL w/ 47,000 miles needs a new clutch. We will need to pay for the repairs & have Acura review their decision. Did Acura cover the cost of your cluth repair in the end? This is our 5th Honda/Acura & have never heard of anything so abusrd!! Read More...

Not the response you're looking for but on a related note, I leased a 2008 TL-S just over a year ago - I had a 2006 TL before that. I'm loving my TL-S and after seeing a few of the 2009's on the road I have Zero buyer's remorse.
