- Good warranty/service? + Yes: 4 years/50 kmi. - How much should I be looking to spend for what I want? + Don't go much above invoice. 2003s will be cheaper if there are any left. For 2004, you should still spend closer to invoice than MSRP. - How much is that Factory Premium Package or whatever the heck it is? + What is this? Do you mean the sound system? 1971 Chevelle to 2004 Acura RSX?
-PLEASE HELP ME... Hello everyone, my name is Matt. I am about to sell my 1971 Blue (with black stripes)Chevelle for around 10k. I will be putting all of that money down on a new car. I love the look of the RSX inside and out. I need an automatic because I just don't want a stick right now. I am still not sure about the RSX mainly because of all the problems I read about in ... New Member - New Thoughts?
Hi all, I've been passively reading this list for a few weeks now, as I am zoning in on my purchase of a 2004 RSX Type-S in a month or so here. I just have one question. Besides the fact that you have a warranty to worry about, why do you all take your cars to your dealerships to get them serviced? I own a 2000 Honda Civic EX Coupe right now and I have never once taken it to the ... Read More...
Acura RSX Prices Paid and Buying Experience
2004 RSX AT - CA - $19,650
Just bought a 2004 RSX from Stevens Creek Acura in San Jose for $19650 (including dest), $100 over invoice. The salesman quoted me numbers in an email offering $500 over invoice, but I think he miscalculated a bit. When I compared the final numbers with the F&I manager, I noticed the difference and produced a copy of the email. He did honor the quoted price though ... Read More...
Acura RSX has a rebate?
That's pretty surprising. Acura rarely offres rebates on their cars. The underpowered and bloated RL is a recent exception. Even the CL, despite its unpopularity, didn't offer a rebate, I don't think. But Acura is offering a $1500 rebate for the RSXs? Where did you hear that? I don't see it listed here: http://apps.edmunds.com/incentives/step1.jsp?tid=edmunds.h..faird- ... Read More...
2004 RSX
I talked to an Acura dealer this past weekend and he told me the 2004 RSX's are due in October. No significant changes are going to be made to the line until 2007. Also he said the CL was being discontinued. I always thought this was a successful car. Read More...

Hey everyone! I was hoping for some help on the RSX 2003. I currently own a 2002 Honda Civic EX that has been FINALLY claimed as a lemon. Honda is buying the car back from me next week. So basically i'm stuck without a car. I loved the car besides all the problems with it. So since the RSX seems to be very similiar to it i was thinking about buying one. My question is can someone ... Read More...
To Nitromax/Thanks!/Also Spoiler & Hood Question
Mark (Nitromax), Thank you for your input again! I am so glad you are happy with your Titanium cloth seats. That fury portion on the seat is throughout my Honda Prelude's plush seats which is the best part of my Prelude. I always loved my seats. The RSX's seats were nice but not as comfortable as my car but maybe they would be once sat in for a few months since the seat ... Read More...
the dog
It depends on if you're looking to buy a sport coupe or a sport sedan/wagon. Between the RSX-S and the Celica GTS, the RSX is clearly dominant in nearly all categories, save for brakes and tires. (I suspect the RSX's braking distances -- not to mention skidpad numbers -- would improve markedly with some real tires on the car.) Between the WRX and the RSX-S, you can't ... Read More...
