I gave you guys a heads up this might happen. It ended up working out tonight. Just left Tischer Acura with a new 2014 Acura RDX AWD Tech in Silver Moon Ebony. In late November of 2012, I had left the same dealership and same sales person with a 2013 new Acura RDX 2014 in Silver Moon Ebony. Are those leftover 2013 Acura RDX AWD Tech brand new with just a few miles? Or do they have a lot of miles on it or were Demos or something? If they were brand new, I would definitely try to get that because I think there is no difference between the 2013 and the 2014. Maybe I would offer $32,000 for it? I purchased a 2013 RDX last Aug. Sold back to Acura 1 year later. Great motor, handling, braking, and gas mileage. But these were not enough to offset the ridiculous amount of road noise if you are on a rough surface road - ie farm to market. Road noise is similar to being in a soft top jeep with knobby tires. I would sometimes thing the window was down when forced ... Read More

$750 rebate is nothing, and I'm sure that is for the 2013 since the 2014 are rolling into the dealers. Now if the rebate was $1500 or $2000 then you have a reason to be snippy.
Hey ummyahya03. According to my calculations, if you were to lease a 2013 Acura RDX AWD Tech that has an MSRP of $40,315 and a selling price of $37,860 through Acura right now for 36 months with 15,000 miles per year, your zero down, pre-tax monthly payment would be around $518 for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier. 2014s will probably not come out until September timeframe. So any markdowns so to speak on the 2013 models won't happen until probably August. Then again, if the RDX stays hot and the 2014 doesn't have many improvements, the release of the 2014 won't affect pricing on the 2013 all that much. I think it is fairly large. At least I feel that I have had to take extra swings a few times, even compared to our Odyssey. though part of that is I am still getting used to the size (the bigger/higher hood) so I tend to think I am a lot closer than I really am. But, better safe than sorry!
Interesting. I haven't found the RDX to be a problem in parking lots, etc. Maybe it has a fairly short overhang in front of the tires versus the TL. Actually I remember turning the RDX very sharply in a big, vacant parking lot during one my test drives before I bought it and it actually seemed to turn pretty sharply. That was one of the things I liked about it.
Well, heck. It does look like there are quite a few with tighter turning specs; but no so many 'high quality' vehicles in the bunch... http://vehiclepicks.com/car/top/for/with-a-low-turning-radius/suvs/2013 Coming from the XC60, I don't notice the radius is all that large for the overall size of the vehicle....right there with the RX and X3.
We are planning on upgrading our Acura 2006 TL to a Acura 2013 RDX. We love the TL but hate the turning ratio. The 2006 TL has (from the Edmunds website) a turning ratio of 39.7 The 2013 RDX has (from the Edmunds website) a turning ratio of 39.0 The poor turning ratio of the TL was something that we knew when we bought the car and it was often mentioned ...
