I have a 1995 Acura Integra and also have noticed this problem in the past few months, where my car won't shift into park. It's quite frustrating! If anyone has any insight, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm on the lookout for a 1995 Acura Integra SE (or even LS). Any ideas on the price? Preferred 75000 to 80000 miles. By the way, what is the difference between LS and SE?

  • 1995 Integra LS-Engine Code

    Written by: sf3010 on Feb 15, 2006 10:17:14 PM

I'm new in the Acura Integra scene . So far what I've found out is that 1995 Acura Integra LS has B18B1 motor in it. Is that correct? Can I see the engine codes anywhere on the motor itself? Is it easy to put mods on this engine to bring output to about 180-210 horses?

v-tec engines don't have a shut off, well at least mine don't, it will run 165 mph before even getting close to redlining... the cars in ok condition and all it would need is a stage 2 clutch and some carbon fiber parts and it would be an at least 7 second car... b/c it already hits speeds of 135mph within a 1/4 mile... if any one knows some one who ... It looks like overall im going with an Acura Integra LS 2 door like I was saying before. I was thinking about going after a GSR because I've seen alot on autotrader between 94 - 96 with 150k miles going for about 5500 bucks. But I think I would be safer reliability and lasting wise going with a regular LS. Plus im sure itll go plenty fast for my liking. By ... Read More

Hi Acura/Honda fan club (*smile*), It's my first time posting to the forum, but found it very helpful in my quest to find a new car. I had a 1999 Accord EX coming off of lease and refused to pay (overpay!) what they wanted for the car. I considered an RSX (is it me, or is the rear visibility terrible???) and the Celica (cute but I love Hondas). One afternoon, I ... Read More

  • how long do engines last on average?

Written by: lperry on Mar 9, 2000 5:03:36 AM

I have a 1995 Integra LS 5 speed with a B-18B engine. It is my second car, my first being a Jetta. The Acura is awsome. I really enjoy driving now. Anyway, i was just wondering...how many miles can i expect my engine to run before it goes to the grave? I'm at 80,000 now and it runs better than my friend's 98 Cavalier with 14,000 miles. I am going to ... Read More
