1994 Integra: Bad Valve Adjustment?

I have a 1994 Acura Integra LS automatic with 165k miles. I had a valve adjustment done on the car. Immediately after the work was done and since that time the car has had poor gas mileage, a very rough idle, and loss of power. I had abolutely none of those problems before the adjustment. Problems starting Integra GSR on not so cold mornings

I own a 1994 Acura integra GS-R and have had problems recently starting the car in the morning. The problem seems to be related to the not so cold September DC weather. When I depress the clutch to start the engine I have to be very careful about how far I depress the clutch pedal for the ignition to spark. Too little or too much and I get one click and ... My 1994 black acura integra is showing large white spots on the roof and hatchback. Is this a known problem with the paint? Does anyone know if this is covered by a company bulletin? Any help on this is apperciatd before I approach the dealer.
