I have an intermittent starting problem with my 1993 Acura Integra GS that my mechanic has been unable to duplicate or diagnose. When the engine is cold, i sometimes hear nothing when i turn the key (though not every day!) But then if i keep trying it, the engine will eventually turn over, and starts fine the rest of the day. hi all !! ;) im having a problem with my acura integra, when park the car and put it into park , the P light wont light up on the dash board saying that it is in park, so because of that i cant take out the key from the ignition!!!??? so weird. so i have to wait about 1 minute after i put it in park , then the P light goes on and i could take out the key. i brought it to 3 mechanics and ... Ha! Between the time that I posted and the time I viewed your response i came to the same conclusion....15x6 over 14x5.5. I hadnt even thought about the sidewalls let alone the availability of tires! When I got laid off from my airline job I sold my wife's 3 year old Contour SVT. Our second car became our good car, a 1991 eagle talon with 200K on it., When I got recalled in Jan 02 I bought a 1991 Acura Integra from ebay for 3,500$. Hi, I'm thinking of selling my Integra outright I paid about 12,500 for it in 1993 and I've been getting wholesale and retail pricing from 4000-8000 for it. Does anyone know if Edmunds used car prices are accurate. because when I see these cars for sale they get sold fast and at higher prices then edmunds says. Hi guys, i just bought a 93 manual RS which apparently has ZERO problems. I replaced the front boots because they were broken, changed the oil, added lots of fluids around, changed the tires and right now it runs great++. The car has almost 80k miles on it. Dave, have you had a chance to use our Used Car pricing for the Integra? If not, go to the homepage, click on Used Cars, click on Acura, click on 1993, then click on Integra. It allows you to take into consideration mileage and the features on car you are considering. Without casting aspersions on your car-freak friend, I'd invest some bucks and have a mechanic look ...
