I do not know what happened. I was driving home from school today and i came up to a stop light. So i pushed in the clutch about 100ft from the intersection. The car died. I have had this problem in my 1991 GS and now a 1990 LS. I do get the "check engine" light on at time, usually on a warm day after the car has been running for awhile as well as cold days when the engine is warmed up. :confuse: I have not tried changing the relay, but I have found that the butterfly valve that is on the end of the throttle cable is the area of problem, atleast ... I have a 90 Acura Integra and I am having some trouble with the A\C. 1) When I turn off the car the A\c fan stays on and runs down my battery. There is s sticker that says the fan may stay on for about 15 mins but it runs for longer than that. Okay, i just bought this used 1991 Acura Integra. It came with a Acura 6 cd disk changer installed in the trunk. i was told the previous owner couldnt get it to work. the face in the dash just always says Err 1. Honda/Acura build soild cars. 180k is nothing for some. my girlfriend and her old man had matching 92 acura ledgends. her car is pushing 260k with a slight valve tap and a little oil leak, and her dad's had 305k! wait I don't understand your clutch trick "94GSRzoom" are you saying if you try to put it into 5th @35mph and it doesn't go in, than the clutch is going out.. you said: " If the engine revs, but the car dosen't move, then the clutch is going out soon." I am looking to buy a 1991 Acura Integra GS 2 dr. for $2250 w/ 187,000 miles. I am a college student and will be taking the car to school. Is this worth it? Replaced my Integra (134k miles) spark plugs with Bosch Platinum plugs. Now it idles very fast, above 1000 RPM most of the time, and when it idles below 1000 RPM it sounds rough. Seems to perform the same but gas mileage is WORSE! Usually get 150 or more miles from 1/2 tank, now it's about 115. Also replaced tires 195 60R14 at the same time. Got rid of the Michelins and ...
